“Avoid!”
+I can’t comment on this apartment as at the last minute we were contacted to say we had been switched due to a ’drain problem’. However the owner said that Mateo was not as nice as the one we were switched to which concerns me as this was awful.
−There was graffiti on the outside building walls, there were NO windows except above the front door so felt like a prison cell. The air con downstairs was fine but upstairs inadequate and the vents filthy, a health hazard, too hot to sleep. Hadn’t been cleaned properly as rubbish and wrappers in bedside drawers. The owner was rude and derogatory when we asked for some money back as this was cheaper than the place we had booked. She offered us a different place the following day, but it was even further away from where we wanted and we would have to wait until it was cleaned to move so would have wasted our precious holiday time moving again. She told us she would cancel the booking, it was 9 pm and we had fully paid! We tolerated where we were and she continued to be unpleasant and accusational. I put it down to Google translate but she never once attempted to apologise for our inconvenience just laid attack on personality-interesting as we never met her. I would avoid.
