“Great location in Graça, but spoiled by late check-in and broken AC with no timely help.”
+Great location and view.
−Requested check-in between 5-6pm but no one arrived until ~7pm, leaving us waiting after a long travel day. The air conditioning stopped working properly shortly after check-in. The apartment got uncomfortably hot, and despite messaging the host and attempting troubleshooting, no one came to fix it. This made sleeping difficult in the summer heat.

“Great views and loved the location”
+Apartment as advertised and shown in photos. Good location, although out of centre, is within 20 minute walk/tram to most city attractions. Supermarket and other shops within minutes. Tram at end of street to go to city centre. Comfortable, clean and great views. Great responsiveness by friendly host when we had a small maintenance issue. Clear and timely communication with host before and during stay-we felt supported.

“Perfect location and superb host”
+Very good location. Clean and all we needed was there in the apartment. Very good host made our stay even simpler. Good communication and fast service, I would highly recommend staying here and the view of the city just amazing

+Beautiful apartment with stunning view of Lisabon. Well equipped, bright. VIbrant neighbourhood, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops.
−Although it was stated that we could check in from 2:00 PM, the apartment could only be used from 6:00 PM

“Awesome Apartment, Awesome View!”
+We loved the location of this place because the Graca neighbourhood offers so many options for bar life, dining, clothes shopping, supermarket needs and places of interest. We felt very safe. We would definitely recommend it.
−We felt that we could’ve used a few more pods for the dishwasher and laundry washer. We like to keep the place clean and didn’t want to have to buy a big box to have to cart around one checking out. Not a deal breaker but definitely a recommendation to the staff.

“Overall thank you for a marvellous stay.”
+We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the apartment. It was spacious and the lift made it so easy for our luggage. It was also very central to so many places.
−The apartment could do with some new flooring and more comfortable living room furniture. Also, the shower doesn’t drain well due to what we thought to be a build up of hair in the drain. I didn’t fill in the above section as I require English.

−Nous avons voulu faire un early check nous étions avec nos 3 enfants en bas âge c'est dommage de payer un supplément.

+lokalizacja bardzo dobra, wszystko w pobliżu. winda w. budynku, gorąca woda, ciepło zimą. Super widok z okien.
