+Loved the pool and the outdoor spaces. Lots of space for our group of 9. Sea view. Host was very quick to respond whenever we needed anything and was very helpful.

+A lot of space where you dont disturb each other if you dont want to. The pool of course was great!
−Walls are quiet thin, meaning that you can hear when people are having shower and it wakes the rest of the house up.

“Fantastic and well recommended.”
+The property was fantastic, very large and well suited for the group that we were with, with a lovely pool. There were barbeque facilities, and the property being air conditioned helped our group feel comfortable with sleeping. Cleaning facilities such as washing machine and dryer were great. The property is well decorated, and the outside furniture was ample and perfect.
−I think there's a few simple things that could be done just to make the property feel a bit fresher; a few bits of paintwork or plastering that could be fixed to give that final finish, and some of the door handles were a little broken, which can easily be addressed to make it feel just a little bit more well-kept.

“Lovely stay”
+The villa is just few minutes from main attraction. Beds were comfortable and all rooms well sized. The owner was always there to help
−Unfortunately the pool deck was closed for renovation and couldn't make use of it.

+- The villa is beautiful in a nice area and well located. It’s all fenced + video surveillance system. - The property was very clean when we arrived. - The TV is great (LG smart TV) and the sound system as well, so well done for this. - Good swimming pool as well as the garden! - The kitchen was great for cooking with all the required appliances and cutlery (the corkscrew is broken though!)
−- Swimming pool is not heated so a bit chilly off-season. Could be a nice addition in the future. - The table-tennis table didn’t have two rackets to play with (and no balls). - One of the bathrooms has mould in it, you can smell it. - One of the bathrooms’ door handles is broken and need fixing. - We could hear a sort of pump noise, especially during the night, kicking in every few minutes which was difficult to get used to in the first couple of nights. - The villa is near a busy road so traffic noise was annoying at time. - The mosquito nets on the windows were old and broken so mosquitoes got in during the night (and there are lots of them!) so this could do with a bit of fixing as well. On top of mosquitoes there are flies and lots of wasps but they aren’t too aggressive. - The wifi was very slow so we couldn’t watch movies at night through Netflix or other systems. - External lights cannot be switched off. - Moving sensors in all rooms which could be annoying at night (you can see the lights when you’re moving in your bed). - One of the long chairs is broken so this will need fixing. +Posizionata nella tranquillità della campagna con la visione del mare dalle finestre. Stanze accoglienti, cucina con affaccio sulla piscina (dotata di cromo terapia notturna), pulizia e ogni tipo di confort ( dalle coperte al biliardino), giardino spettacolare, ma in particolarmodo la disponibilità del proprietario (Vito).

+Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. Ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral. Perfekt für Ausflüge zu schönsten Orten von Bari. Herrlicher Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus!

+Super Willa. Bardzo duży i zadbany basen. Willa na uboczu wśród pól. 5 min autem do Adriatyku (plaże skalne) 10 min do Conversano. Dobra baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie regionu. 10 minut do Polignano a Mare:)
