+Check in was great and location is top. And beautiful little church nearby. Easy parking spot. The view from the swimming pool
−It was awfully dirty. Pretty sure that bed linens were not changed after last guests as everyone were the same brown hair. Not saying that the linens had some holes. Bathroom was extremely dirty. WC had stains from the “products” of other guests, the sink never sanitized, hair everywhere, stains everywhere. There was no space in the bathroom to place your toothbrushes. An empty vase for soap and some dusty vase of dusty plastic flowers, but no space for toothbrushes. The sink is getting full easily as there is a problem with the water drainage, dirty and very uncomfortable. COLD WATER IN THE SHOWER. There is no hot water. Seriously. Jacuzzi. If you hope that after other guests the water is changed you are wrong. They put some sort of chemical product in front of you and ciao. The light and the blinds. Mornings are terrible as the sun starts to shine on your face at 6:50. Blinds are transparent and don’t cover nothing. Kitchen. Every single piece there was dirty. Lip stains on every glass, pieces of food on every spoon. I’d suggest the managers to change a little more but to organize normal cleaning as the rating of the property will go down very soon and it’s pity as the space is b

+View was very pleasant, and location near Fira and Oia accessible mainly by car, close to supermarket. The pool was very nice and the hospitality extremely kind and available. The jacuzzi was also a pleasant extra. Good kitchen to cook with main utensils. The suite is the perfect size. I recommend to seize the view of sunrise at 06h either from the room or near the pool, as it was breath-taking. Very easy check-in.

+beautiful view, beautiful pool (it’s a public pool but there’s barely any people) great location (20 min walk from imerovigli and right next to the trail for the first to oia walk.
−the jacuzzi unfortunately can’t go over 28 degrees because it’s inside, so we basically didn’t use it, the water was too cold for us. not enough kitchen utensils.

+Very clean and modern suite. Beautifully landscaped. In front of our suite was the pool and jacuzzi then the ocean like infinity.
