+I really liked the location. It was perfect for traveling with kids, and the beach was very close to the apartment, which was a big advantage.
−The apartment is in a perfect location, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the property leave a lot to be desired. Considering the price we paid for our stay, I don’t feel that it was worth the money. The apartment is in need of a complete renovation. There were a lot of mosquitoes inside the apartment, the furniture was old and worn out, and none of the bedroom doors closed properly. The location is definitely a big advantage, but the condition and cleanliness of the apartment need significant improvement. My recommendation would be a complete renovation of the apartment.

“Fantastic location right on the beach!”
+Loved the outside area with sea views and instant access to a beautiful public beach. Sun loungers available 5€ to rent, Bali beds 20€, on beach. Good aircon. Off road parking. Close to bars, restaurants, entertainment and night life but not too loud. Rooms nice and dark for sleeping.
−One bedside lamp in whole apartment. Some extra kitchenware such as kettle, tea spoons, working toaster would help. Bathroom difficult to dry. Mozzies!

“Clean and well located, but a few details took away from the overall experience”
+We had a good time at the property - what we especially appreciated was the fantastic location right by the beach, the lovely terraces with a great view, the clean and well-kept garden, and the smooth communication with the host. The blackout shutters were also a big plus - we were finally able to sleep in properly during our vacation!
−However, there were a few downsides: a persistent mold-like smell likely coming from the ventilation system, strong cooking odors despite not having cooked ourselves, and no beach loungers or umbrellas provided - which would be expected for a beachfront property. Also, it's not truly a "whole villa" as advertised, but a ground floor apartment with other people living (and clearly audible) upstairs. Naturally, all of this affects the overall price-performance ratio.

+We were so disappointed and left 3days earlier (booked 7 days) than planned. Tried to communicate with the owner but got no reply. We had to book another hotel in the end with no refund from them.
−The biggest problem was the cupboard in one of the bedroom which has mould all over it. We didn't want to risk our children's health to stay any longer in there. The room smells so bad like something is rotten because of the cupboard. Other problems like power cut every hour, blocked drainage were also not pleasant to deal with. We emailed/messaged the problem to the owner but they refused to communicate.
