“Lovely apartment”
+The location was great and for a studio apartment it was quite large . The veranda was lovely
−The gate at the side of the apartment was very loud and also the property is directly facing the pool bar

“Lovely big apartments”

−Our apartment was beside pool bar so not very private also no sun from terrace on our apartment..Other apartments better

“Good location, needs a little work”
+The location was great as near entrance, however it did make it a little noisy as the 2nd gate was at the side of the property
−The flush on the toilet did not work, we could use it by lifting up the lid, however it was not fixed the whole time we were there

“Excellent stay, will definitely be back!”
+Lovely spacious room, really clean, comfy bed and great kitchen facilities. We even had a gifted bottle of wine in the fridge which was a nice touch! The outdoor area was great too. Would definitely stay here again.
−If I was being really picky, it could get a bit noisy in the day with the walkway being next to the room, the gate bangs quite loud, but to be honest it didn’t bother us that much.

“Perfect stay!”
+The apartment is spacious, new and clean and very nicely decorated. It’s a groundfloor apartment with a big shady terrasse. The terrasse is right at the pool bar/restaurant terrasse. The bar is open from 10 til 8 and they offer breakfast and lunch at very good prices and the people working there are lovely. The apartment complex is mostly residential so it is nice and quiet. No partying. The swimming pool with different levels is very nice. The closest beach is ca 5-8 mins walk and there are plenty of supermarkets around. The busstop is right in front of the apartment!

+Un apartamento perfecto para una familia de 2 o 3 miembros...Sofía, la dueña, un encanto, todo el rato pendiente de nosotros, contestando a nuestras preguntas. El piso es un estudio con cama doble y sofá cama, la terraza ha sido reformada para ofrecer más confort al piso. La tele smart con conexión wifi. La cocina pequeña, un gran detalle tener lavavajillas. El piso en una urbanización grande, MareVerde, con piscinas, bar restaurante. Andando hasta la playa Fañabe unos 10 min máximo. Cerca de la urbanización aparcamiento, fácil de aparcar siempre.
