“Lovely apartment, but some important issues”
+I honestly didn’t want to leave a negative review, because the apartment itself is really lovely. It’s beautiful, cozy, well-equipped overall, and in a great location. Overall, the apartment itself has a lot of potential and is genuinely beautiful, but the issues below unfortunately made our stay much less enjoyable than it could have been.
−1. Communication with the host There were zero instructions about how to access the apartment. Many hosts send detailed check-in instructions a day or two before arrival, and I personally like to know in advance how everything will work so we can plan accordingly. In this case, we received no instructions at all, and even on the day of arrival, the host was replying roughly every two hours. It was only around 4 PM that I finally managed to get the information out of her that we simply had to go to the building, press a button, and she would let us in remotely via her phone. This is exactly the kind of information that should have been provided in advance so that guests don’t have to spend the day wondering and stressing about how they are going to get into the property. For me, this level of communication was not acceptable. 2. The kitchen Overall, the apartment was very well equipped, but unfortunately, the kitchen, which was one of the most important things for us, was quite disappointing. “Uitstekend appartement!”

“Todo perfecto”
+La verdad es que es perfecto, todo nuevo y limpio, tenía todo tipo de detalles. También está al lado de un parking gratuito. Sin duda un gran elección.

+La limpieza es perfecta, sabanas, cojines y toallas huelen de maravilla. El apartamento es muy bonito y està decorado con muy buen gusto.
−Todo bien, unicamente que no está en primera linea, pero está muy cerca de la playa y la ubicación es igualmente estupenda.

“Perfecta”
+La limpieza que tenía el apartamento era de 10, al entrar tenía un olor estupendo, no faltaba ni un detalle. Pero lo que más me gustó de toda la experiencia es el trato que nos dieron sobre todo Lili.
