“Good value accommodation for a short stay. It’s right next door to some great eating places and bars”
+It’s in a lovely location just off the sea front, it is clearly a studio flat, but was warm, clean, had a tv, shower and a microwave if you fancy some basic warm food. Being at the back of the main building it has it’s own parking off street and doesn’t get the worst of the weather.

“Absolutely shocking zero standards”
+Nearby shops where we could buy clean sheets to cover the original ones
−No key in key box on arrival, no parking spot, smell of damp when we finally managed to get in, stains on bed linen from previous guests, mould in shower cubicle and bathroom, “brown” waste in shower tray, an absolute nightmare and that bad we had to leave the room and find different accommodation, have tried to get in touch with owner without any contact or explanation. Very poor customer service and accommodation.

“Lovely cozy cottage”
+We loved our stay in this cozy little cottage. It was perfectly placed for visiting the area. We loved how close it was to the beach and quality restaurants as well as the train station and supermarkets. The free parking outside was also handy. Highly recommend this place to stay.
−Could have done with maybe more storage areas, shelves. although we found the space on the windowsill very useful, as was the cupboard.

+It was close to everything that we needed.
−The bed was a disaster. Worse 3 nights sleep. We actually were meant to stay a fourth night but our backs couldn't take anymore of the bed. Contacted the owner after the first night but didn't receive the courtesy of any response. Bad service in that regard.

+The location and ease of access and parking.
−There was no hairdryer, and although the owner did offer to bring one over later, thing is, I needed when I arrived as I was going out for the evening. I also told the owner incase he thought I had taken when I left 😊

+The room was set out really nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was dirty down the sides of the shower. The toilet fill up was very slow. However, I would stay here again because of the location.
−Shower sides were grimy.

+Bottom flat, so no stairs.Quiet and peaceful area.
−Exterior court yard area could do with some maintenance, weeding, etc. warning sign for interior step should be more prominent.
