“Excellent apartment, great views”
+Huge terrace, great views, excellent location. Comfortable well appointed appartment.
−The terrace didn't get much sun, the apartment was north facing and this was in January. Probably much better later in the year. Other apartments were west facing and fared better

“Location and view is the winner here”
+Comfortable apartment independence with great terrace balcony and view.
−This was our 3rd stay in the past 5 years at Marfolin 28. Having also stayed in other apartments in Marfolin no. 28 is not as well appointed as others. They could do with upgrading crockery and variety of cups and glasses available and putting a washing line up on the terrace. What disappointed us on this trip was that whilst we understood that a late check out wasn’t available, as repeat guests nothing was offered to accommodate the fact that we were out at 10am but our flight was not until 7pm. For El Cotillo this is a more expensive apartment only accommodation at 1000 euros for a week, but the security deposit taken and checks done on leaving is somewhat distrustful ( we’re in our 50’s) not party animals. We were told that we couldn’t be given a key for the day to be able to use the pool and showers there. I recommend that thought is put into this moving forward for guests with later flights.

“Very good”
+Location very good with stunning views across the pool and the bay.
−Minimum amount of glasses and odd cups etc. Shower drain on first use was partially blocked but was repaired very quickly.

“spacious, comfortable and well appointed with stunning balcony view”
+a return visit to Marfolin 28 having stayed last year. Still can’t fault it for its location with breathtaking view of lagoon beach, spacious balcony and being well appointed. Will always be our go to place to stay in El Cotillo- easy walking distance to great restaurants and the beach and the opportunity to experience the real Fuerte
−loved everything
