+The view.
−No clear instructions on how to find the apartment. There were utilities like a water heater, a coffe machine and more but there was no coffee, at least none that were able to find. We were also looking for a wine opener, none in sight. One of the window shutters were broken and it was always partly open.

“Place with a great potential!”
+Great location, beautuful view to the river and Buda.
−Didn’t function fully - when arrived there was not even toilet paper (they brought it quickly after note, thank you!). And when we contacted later about toaster (the plug didn’t fit) and window cover (one or two windows was fully blocked with metal cover) - owner didn’t replay anymore. And it was lacking many small things - like a second towel or cleaning cloth.

“Brilliant, comfortable and luxurious.”
+Facilities were perfect for either an individual or couple, with a spacious bathroom and generous cooking utensils. I was able to locate the property easily and the bed was comfortable. This is perfectly priced and the view was incredible, I really recommend sitting on the balcony for an evening!! AC was also outstanding and made the stay that much more comfortable.

“Kui nõudmised ei ole väga kõrged siis soovitada võib küll.”
+Privaatne sissepääs, rõdu vaatega Doonaule ja ümbrusele. Rõdul kenasti toolid ja lauake. Kliimaseade oli vaikne. Toimiv pesumasin ja peotäis pesupulbrit. Tuba oli vist üle 4m kõrge, õhupuudust küll ei olnud. Lähedal nii pargid, baarid, toidukohad, kõikvõimalik transport, turg jne. jne.
−Välisuks püsis vaevalt kinni, õnneks oli ka turvakett. Rõduuks küll suletav aga suured praod, kogu tänavamüra tuli tuppa ja seda müra oli üsna palju. Valgustus koridoris/kööginurgas kaugelt ebapiisav ja hämar. Dušisegistil polnud seinakinnitust, vannil puudus ka dušikardin või sein. Ei sisaldunud ka ei dušigeel ega šampoon. Kohvimasin küll oli, aga ei ühtegi kapslit, isegi mitte näidist või kirja millist peaks ostma. Voodi oli küll suur, aga põhimõtteliselt suur lahtikäiv diivan eraldi patjadega, üsna muhklik ja ebamugav. Uksed ei avanenud ega sulgenud ükski hästi, sanitaar remonti sellel sajandil arvatavasti tehtud ei ole, kõik oli kuidagi väsinud, narmendav ja kulunud, võimalik et oligi soov hoida kõike sellisena autentsena nagu ta kunagi ehitati...

−Une réfection de ce logement s'impose (aucun travaux réalisés malgré des commentaires négatifs antérieurs...) Fenêtres mal isolées, la rue est très bruyante... Un store extérieur a lâché, une partie de l'appartement était dans le noir... Pas de rideau de douche ni support du pommeau de douche ce qui implique de l'eau sur le sol.... Vaisselle sommaire, pas de verre à vin...etc Et pour nous finir l'hôte à eu l'indécence de nous réclamer 100 € en espèces pour réparer le store vétuste... Bien sur photos et échanges de messages à disposition. En conclusion je ne recommande pas ce logement.

+Great view. Balcony a bit dusty, bed linen old, pillows with some smel. But, all in all, the view smooth everything.
