“never again”
−Terrifying. We arrived at 2 a.m. and already from the terrifying entrance, we knew something was wrong, but when we arrived, we were greeted by cockroaches in the bathroom. It was a nightmare; we couldn't sleep for fear they'd crawl into our bed. The place was extremely dirty; we couldn't use kitchen utensils or the kitchen itself because it was so dirty. A towel was covered in blood, sheets smelled bad, and the house was so dusty you could see fingerprints all over the furniture. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to risk contracting a disease.

“DO NOT BOOK !!”
+The fridge worked I guess?
−DO NOT BOOK !! Hostels have way better facilities!! Host was very unresponsive with problems with the studio which were causing concerns for safety. The hob sparked almost at me (if i hadn’t have turned it 90 degrees, I would have been burnt) Toilet was broken and didn’t flush - host said they were “out of town until after our stay was over” Internet does not work - when you try to log in it’s clear the owners haven’t been paying their bills as we looked at previous reviews from the last few months and this was never resolved despite being told it would be fixed the next day (It wasn’t!) The wardrobe isn’t held onto the wall and will fall onto you if you open it, just be warned! Overall, nothing was as advertised as nothing actually worked and hasn’t seemed to for a while. Neighbours are loud and will play their loud musical instruments until past 12 at night. The lack of communication from the host was appalling and i’ve actually stayed in better workaways than here 😭

“Unexpectedly disappointing - this is the first time we face such an attitude and poor conditions”
+Only the location
−The broken toilet (a missing button for the toilet flush valve and a broken flush valve itself), the lack of toilet paper (there is only one and almost completely used toilet paper roll left), the broken door of the toilet/bathroom (it could not be closed), the absolutely total lack of WiFi (the hosts did not pay their monthly internet bill to the studio's internet provider - as seen from the automated message received by the latter upon our WiFi log in), the totally directly unresponsive hosts (no one ever picked up the phone provided and never responded to the message left regarding the lack of WiFi).

“It was an ok stay. There are plus and minus. The value for money is good.”
+Great location for us because our main destination is the National Music School Liubomir Pipkov. It may not apply if yours is the city center. Internet connection is good. Lidl and restaurants are in walking distance. Price is competitive, but with this prize one cannot expect a luxus condition.
−(1) The stove doesn't work at all, cooking is not possible. (2) It seems that water would get through the ceiling in case of rain. In the small room, there was even water on the floor. We just closed the sliding door and didn't use that room. (3) There were some noise during the night (not so bad, not continuously), and in an evening we could hear some neighbor talking out loud on her phone. (4) The wardrobe next to the main bed was not fixed to the wall. This is VERY DANGEROUS when children try to get a blanket out of it. PLEASE FIX THIS to avoid any accident.
