“Perfect getaway, Relaxed and refreshed.”
+The property is well looked after, Nice and clean upon arrival. Well equipped kitchen with everything that is needed for a pleasant stay. The swimming pool was nice and clean and helped a lot for cooling down. Great place to blow off steam with wild animals roaming around all over the place.
−There was absolutely nothing worth complaining about at all.

“Amazing stay”

“The property is very clean inside but not up to standard outside. A little job is needed outside”
+Overall, the property has potential, and the pool water was clean, but there are several maintenance and communication issues that need attention. Most importantly, any additional costs, such as electricity for the air conditioner, and important house rules should be clearly disclosed at the time of booking rather than communicated only shortly before arrival.
−I was disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Firstly, we were informed that we had to purchase electricity in order to use the air conditioner. When we asked the host why we were expected to pay extra for electricity to use the air conditioner when we had already paid for our accommodation, the host was quite rude. She explained that this information was supposedly included in the property description on Booking.com, but we could not find any such information. We had to contact Booking.com directly for clarification and were prepared to request a refund if this was indeed an undisclosed additional cost. After the call with Booking.com, the host became somewhat more friendly. We had made our booking three weeks in advance, but only received the property’s detailed do’s and don’ts one day before our arrival. This was concerning because, by that stage, it was too late to cancel the booking and receive a full refund. I feel that important rules and additional costs should be clearly communicated at the time of booking so that guests can make informed decisions. “The owner has checked out or he just doesn't care.”
+The animals around the place. And the beds where comfortable. The aircon kept us warm at night.
−The pool was dirty. The larm gave me a problem, as it couldn't switch off, regardless of that he made no effort to send a technician as he promised. The security guards tried to assist but failed to stop the alarm. So the alarm was on the whole weekend. The main bedroom shower is spraying water all over the bathroom. The other bathroom the light is not working. I strongly believe that the owner has checked out long time ago, or he just doesn't care.
