“Our host was always readily available to answer any questions for us, the place was exactly as described, in good condit”
+2 very decent seized bedrooms and the En-suite was of great use, our 4yr old came with us so it was also handy having the bath and the door to close off kitchen/living room area for noise in the evenings!
−The only thing that could be added would be a velux blind for the second bedroom skylight! My toddler sleeps with a night light anyway so wasn’t an issue but i did end up joining her one of the nights and the seagulls along with daylight coming in was a bit annoying.

“Cozy Accommodation”
+The location, close proximity to the shops, and general look of the flat. Accessibility and quietness. Outlay of the accommodation. Decent size bedrooms, clean spacious bathrooms.
−freezer didnt work, so frozen food had to be thrown out, No full length mirror. Sofa cover and pillowcase was dirty.

“Reasonably priced, well equipped, good location and off road parking spot. Two bathrooms a bonus.”
+Price was very reasonable for the flat and its facilities and it was great to have two bathrooms. Paul was a very communicative and friendly host. Parking at property for one car was easy to use and very convenient to be off the road. Location was great for us as we were attending a family funeral and the flat was near to everywhere we needed to be in Cliftonville and Margate and also very close to the Cliftonville shops. If we had come to go to the nearest beach instead then it would have been a 10 minute walk away; about 20 minutes if walking into Margate. Fridge contained fresh milk and all bedding, towels, shampoos, etc, supplied and the flat was generally clean and tidy. It was nice to have a good electric fan available for the hot weather while we were there and also other facilities such as ironing board and iron. All the bathroom facilities were clean and working and also the kitchen appliances that we used. The freezer didn't seem to be working though this wasn't a problem for us and we didn't use the dishwasher or the washing machine. There was a travel cot there if we had needed one.
−Some of the windows were difficult to open or close and we were advised about ensuring that the windows weren't opened enough to let in pigeons. Not all windows had blinds and with one window the blind wouldn't stay closed, but in fairness this was only a problem since the weather was so hot while we were there. Some crockery needed a quick rinse before using and the non stick on the pans was very worn. The loo seat in the main bathroom didn't fit very well and was uncomfortable. The 'sofabed' was in an awkward location but was comfortable. The outside of the property and the stairwells were not as nice the flat so let it down a bit.
