“If you stay here, record a short video of each time you leave and arrive. Record a video of dropping of the keys so you”
+The place was nice and clean. Late check in option was inconvenient.
−The fact I was accused of losing the keys. I dropped them in the black box outside as the property management people were communicating with me live. Then I get accused of losing them. Absolutely ridiculous.

“Scam inaccurate property description”
+This company is a scam. Lied to booking and stated that i checked into this property and which i did not. The Descriptiom is also wrong. It is not in the hotel zone and is in the hood and not a safe area. The pictures are an illusion. It is nothing like pictures on the outside. I don’t know what the inside look like because i never went inside the property, i didn’t feel safe and had to book another hotel. The company refused to refund me.

+The hosts were exceptional at communicating and making sure that our needs were being met. Very prime location in the city and excellent value for what we paid.

“Horrid and a lot of swearing”
+nothing did not even go in,
−no contact with owner left waiting in taxi for over hour neighbourhood was dangerous nothing around. Taxi driver found us a fr better place in a good neighbourhood. So lost 2 lots of money on 2 locations on same day. Booking.com getting worse after being after booking many rooms for musicians with them for years.

“Superb”
+A wonderful place to stay - clean and airy apartment within a quiet local neighborhood. It is easy to walk to the bus or the local shops, laundry etc and you can get to the most popular tourist sites without any difficulty. The host was friendly and helpful and the rooftop pool offers fantastic views over the mangrove towards the coast. The neighborhood is also full of wildlife, including birds, iguanas and coatis.
−Our apartment had no blind or curtains on the window to the balcony (we noticed that the others did), which meant the living area got very hot at sunrise. Also, the cost for clean bed linen was very high at $30 USD - we took the linens to the launderette and washed them ourselves for $40 MXN instead

“Exceptional”
+The apartment is very cozy and modern, and there is a little private pool in the basement apartment. Outside,on the rooftop, there is also a common area with pool, the view is cool! The apartment is located in cancun, close to local restaurants and and 20 min from the bus station and 20/30 mins by car from the cancun resort and beaches. Our apartment was very clean and fully furnished.

“Never again”
+The location of the apartment is bad, it is advertised as being near the beach but it is located near the port in a very dirty and isolated area. From the photos, the apartment looked completely different. The swimming pool of the apartment is a pool of cold and dirty water. The manager was not helpful on anything, he is really very rude.
