“Bad”
+We didn’t like anything about the accommodation , because we never even got to the place! We arrived in Jerusalem, spent the day touring, and at some point decided to stay the night. We found a guest room online and went to the location. We searched for an entrance to the building, asked nearby restaurants, but no one knew how to direct us. Meanwhile, we tried calling and emailing , no answer. Eventually, someone did pick up the phone. We asked for directions, and he told us there was an issue with the cleaner and no clean room available. He asked us to wait and said he would get back to us… from that moment, he stopped answering both phone calls and emails. We waited and waited , and in the end, we left.
−And to top it all off, the place was listed as "non-refundable" , and now we have to contact customer service in order to try and get our money back.

−31 steps up. No elevator. No hall lights at night. Much noise and music until 1:30 am or so from close by restaurants.

+A beautiful apartment with huge potential, in the center of Jerusalem, the location was amazing! The owner has made himself very available and promptly answered all our requests (we had a few issues upon arrival, that were quickly resolved) .I would definitely come again.

−It was complete fraud. The accommodation charged the full price nonrefundable, but didn't answer the phone, all our calls for 6 hours! The location physically doesn't exist - there is no sign on the building, no entrance, no trace of it in the address shown in the reservation. Never try to reserve it!
