“Affordable comfortable 20min walk from activities”
+Lydia was very thorough in her instructions for entry to the apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy with all of the amenities we expected. We had a starter coffee set and a supply of dish soap. Our host also went out of her way to get an iPad that was left behind back to us.

“Excellent vacation allowing the visit of Malaga historical center by foot, and a few trips nearby.”
+The position is very good, outside the noisy traffic areas; the apartment had all the facilities needed and all the consumables required. We had a superstore nearby and a few fruits and vegetables shops very handy for buying food and drinks. Also a coffee bistro nearby. Even with only 3 floors, it had an elevator, very appreciated when returning tired or with shoppings.
−The lack of enough sound isolation between the apartments. Any toilet flush on the nearby apartments could be clearly heard. Luckily, all the neighbors went to sleep early and there was no party during our vacation :) To exit the building you need a key for the front door. It is ok to need a key to entry, but for the exit it should be a release door button to allow the exit without a key. I understand this prevents forgetting the key inside, but for an emmergency situation it could be a problem.

“Ok for a few days but the apartment needed some maintenance work.”
+The apartment was ideally situated for visiting Malaga on foot and a comfortable size for a family of 5 people with 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and small living and dining area. It was well equipped for a self catering stay. Lydia allowed us to leave our cases in the apartment as the room normally wouldn’t be available until later in the day.
−The apartment was looking a bit rundown in areas when we arrived. The shower head bracket was broken in one bathroom and therefore the shower head kept falling off the wall whilst showering and a shelf was unstable in the lounge and a picture fell off the wall. It could have been worse and fallen on an adult or worse the baby! In the lounge there were areas of damp near the air conditioning unit and very bad damp in the master bedroom. This became evident when small pieces of plaster and paint from the ceiling fell onto the bed. Unfortunately you could smell the dampness. We were a bit disappointed as this bedroom was used by a family with an 18 month old baby. It was a shame as overall it was a nice place to stay for a few nights. Lydia who runs the accommodation was initially there to greet us and to kindly let us leave our belongings in the room before it was ready later in the afternoon but when we were promised a high chair for the baby it never arrived. She did inform us that her child became unexpectedly unwell at this time however the request for the high chair was made sometime before our arrival. It was inconvenient for us as we could have possibly brought along a portabl

“Un peu desovan”
+Pas beaucoup communications avec nous, on a eu des difficulté et la communication a été très mauvaise uniquement par WhatsApp. Et pas très chaleureux.
−Manque de communication, est manque de certains équipement avec la chaleur de la saison l’air conditionné fonctionne uniquement à 24 degrés pas de ventilateur dans les chambres, par exemple sa fait les séjours très inconfortable. Malgré nous.

+We really loved the size of the apartment and the fact that every room had air conditioning. The kitchen was also very well equipped, with essentials like spices, cooking oil, ice, and bottled water already provided, so we didn’t have to buy them during our stay. It made our stay much more comfortable.

+La posizione è a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro, quindi è abbastanza comoda. Supermarket vicini all'appartamento. Il self check-in è stato veloce e ben spiegato.
−La pulizia non era delle migliori. Nel complesso l'appartamento è un po' vecchio.
