“Beautiful Airbnb”
+I absolutely love the studio it is very beautifully decorated. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped. The location is also top-notch, a short walk from Old Town.
−Thankfully, there is parking, but you have to pay 20EUR per day, and it is an absolutely fair price to pay, but I didn't see it mentioned anywhere beforehand.

“Great location and very comfortable”
+Great location and good size with all the facilities your need and very clean
−Lacking in windows or view. Minor point and obviously can’t do anything about it but a little dark in the room. Parking also a bit expensive for their own space.

−Issue was the air conditioning. It appeared to be controlled remotely by the owner, and we couldn’t turn it on until we contacted her through Booking.com messages. Like wtf? Communication was also inconvenient, as the owner would not answer phone calls and would only respond via Booking.com messages, which caused unnecessary delays.

+We really enjoyed our stay at Making Stone House. It truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment is located on a quiet street, and sleeping with the windows open and enjoying the fresh air was a real pleasure. I would also like to mention that the stone house maintains an excellent indoor temperature. Although it was quite hot outside during the day, the apartment remained perfectly comfortable. We didn’t even need to use the air conditioning. The bathroom and kitchen were very convenient and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thank you to the owner for allowing us to stay a little longer on our departure day, as we had a late flight. We really appreciated this kindness and flexibility. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this place to other travelers.

“Amazing stone apartment easy walk from Split town”
+Maki Stone house is worth visiting just for the architecture. It has been renovated beautifully, part stone, part plaster. The room is small but big enough and well equipped. Coffee pods , woohoo. Car parking is such a luxury in Split. Maki has 2 small spaces behind a large secure gate. It's a bit scary getting there (extremely narrow) but there were no problems. The hosts were online to help if we had a problem, they could see us arrive at the car park. The location is excellent, easy walk to town and in a lovely residential area with narrow laneways. Split is wonderful, lots of white stone lined open public spaces. Would happily stay at Maki again and recommend it.
−Car parking instructions - it is a little complicated. Maybe a photo from above of how you want the cars parked would help. It was really simple once we worked out what we were aiming for.
