“Top quality accommodation”
+Been here before… best property from quality decor to facilities. All equipment and spares you could wish for if you had forgotten anything. No need to buy extra dishwasher tablets etc, cooking oil / tea , coffee supplied , wine / beer / soft drinks in fridge. Lots of spare towels and also fans in the bedrooms for the hot weather. Cleanliness etc second to none and the excellent communication from Marie-Rose always helpful. Furnishings lovely and a true home from home.

+All the little extras that were left for us were not expected but a lovely gesture
−Everything was great..only suggestion would be maybe a fan or 2 in particularly hot weather for the bedrooms but I couldn’t fault anything.

“The location took you back in time and was and easy 10 minute walk to so much. Highly recommended”
+The space was beautiful and well located. The host was wonderful and left us some welcome treats including a bottle of champagne and treats with a well laid out booklet with area information and pamphlets, it was a nice thoughtful touch
−The key was a bit of challenge to open the door and more instruction would be helpful but once we figured it out all was good. Also there are a lot of stairs and bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and bathroom on the 2nd. We travelled with my parents who were in their 80's and it was a bit challenging for them and would be for young kids. Still a beautiful and highly recommended place!

“Super, Smashing, Great. Just Excellent.”
+The host was lovely, she showed us everything, was very enthusiastic and friendly, and the house had all the facilities we could need. Everything was beautifully decorated, clean and pleasant. The living areas and beds were comfortable and the host even left us a beer, a nice bottle of red wine, some cola, water and crisps/snacks on arrival and coffee, tea and other condiments and items were available if you were self catering. All in all this was a wonderful stay, in a wonderful house, in a beautiful area, and we all enjoyed ourselves so much.
−There was nothing to moan about, everything was as good as you could want and more I would say.

“Very comfortable house. Great location and town.”
+The house is really nice and comfortable. Everything you'd need in the kitchen and bathrooms. All very clean and very well decorated. A great back garden to sit out on those warmer days. We were met at the property by Marie-rose. She showed us where to park and gave us a tour of the property. Marie-rose was a great host and really so helpful. You can't park directly outside, but there was plenty of space very close by. Ieper is a great base for the battlefields and the town is easy to get around and so beautiful!
−Nothing really - we had such a great time here and really did not want to leave !

+Perfect easy location to find, park and visit Ypres. Marie Rose was such a welcoming friendly host that we immediately felt relaxed and welcome. The house was so comfortable and well appointed. It had everything we needed.
