+Highly recommended! Bruno, our host, was fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and he was always helpful and happy to recommend great places to visit in the city. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The room was clean and well maintained, with regular towel changes and room cleaning. We especially appreciated being able to leave our luggage in a secure place free of charge on our last day, as our flight was late in the evening. We had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. You won’t go wrong choosing this place!
−It can get a little noisy at night when the nearby café hosts a party, but it wasn’t too disruptive or bothersome overall.

“Clean and comfortable”
+The apartment was central. It was clean and comfortable. It had all you need for a couple of days. Could have done with a Corkscrew. No biggie for us as we took one with us. It had a decent shower. The balcony gets the morning sun.
−The exterior is a bit grubby. It was quite noisy. The people in the apartment under ours were really noisy and the music from bars round the corner was very loud. It wasn't an issue for us but could be for someone that likes peace and quiet. Nothing the landlord can do about that. It won't deter us from booking again the next time we are in Naples

+Il quartiere non è sicuramente silenzioso ma diciamo che prenotando qui lo sapevamo ed eravamo preparate, Sicuramente si può lavorare sulla pulizia degli spazi comuni ma per il resto siamo state molto soddisfatte.
−Una piccola precisazione. Dal sito sembra che la navetta andata e ritorno dall'appartamento sia gratuita invece è a pagamento. Penso sia meglio specificare perchè noi abbiamo frainteso questo punto. Però servizio impeccabile.

“Napoli è unica!”
+L' appartamento si trova nel cuore pulsante di Napoli storica, quindi ottimo per chi vuole vivere un esperienza autentica di questa città, a due passi da tutte le principali attrazioni e non solo. I Proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili.

+Апартаменты в самом сердце Неаполя! Maison Laezza , это просто замечательное место для отдыха! Мы остались в полном восторге от пребывания. Расположение просто идеальное. Всё находится в пешей доступности , основные достопримечательности, отличные пиццерии, кафе и до метро идти минут 8-10. При этом в самих апартаментах тихо и очень уютно. Доменико(хозяин апартаментов) ,был всегда на связи и решал любые вопросы.

+Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement à Naples. Les deux frères qui gèrent l’hébergement ont été absolument adorables, très gentils, disponibles et prévenants tout au long du séjour. Ils ont vraiment été aux petits soins pour nous et ont toujours été là lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose. L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à nos attentes. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le service de ménage effectué au cours de la semaine, ce qui est un vrai plus pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement pour un séjour à Naples !
−Comme petit bémol, même si le ménage a bien été effectué pendant le séjour, nous aurions apprécié un peu plus d’attention aux détails et une propreté légèrement plus approfondie.

+Апартаменты находятся прямо рядом с улицей Spaccanapoli, это большая комната в квартире в жилом доме на 3 этаже. Есть лифт, но он находится на втором этаже и чтобы на нем подняться нужно вставить 5-ти евроцентовую монетку, но по выходным лифт работал бесплатно. Иногда и по вечерам ездил бесплатно, мы так и не поняли всей системы до конца. Оживленная улица Spaccanapoli находится сразу за углом дома. Все магазины и рестораны доступны сразу, многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, до метро Дуомо 500 метров. Апартаменты были чистые, просторные, была мини-кухня кофе-машиной и кухонной посудой, холодильником. Приятными угощениями были соки, круасаны, печенья, сахар, капсулы для кофе-машины. Прямо рядом с апартаментами есть продуктовые магазинчики и мини-пекарни, очень удобно было завтракать дома итальянскими деликатесами. Приятной неожиданостью в номере был утюг, хотя в описании не указан. Нас встретил молодой и вежливый хозяин, все объяснил, показал и всегда быстро отвечал на сообщения. Нам все понравилось, сам Неаполь очень колоритный город! Будьте осторожны на улицах Неаполя из-за огромного количества скутеров, они ездят везде, даже там, где пешеходные улицы!
−Мы не сразу нашли наши апартаменты среди узких улочек Неаполя, даже с навигатором. Снизила оценку за чистоту балкончика.
