+Here's a polished Booking.com review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay and would gladly return. The location is fantastic,right at the beginning of the popular Via Scassacocchi, making it easy to explore the historic center, restaurants, and local attractions on foot. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and felt extremely safe throughout our stay. Although our host had planned to welcome us personally, our flight was delayed and we arrived much later than expected. She was incredibly accommodating, providing clear and easy-to-follow self-check-in instructions and staying in regular communication to make sure everything went smoothly. She also kindly helped us arrange transportation back to the airport, which made our departure completely stress-free.
−The only minor drawback was the bathroom. Although it had been recently remodeled and was very clean, the shower head was installed at an awkward angle, making it difficult to adjust so the water flowed straight down. It wasn't a major issue, but improving the shower head placement would make the bathroom even better.

+Anna was fantastic, a great host. Communication was great, the apartment is well located, very comfortable indeed, everything is pretty much new and all very clean. Everything has been thought of and even included mini toothbrushes. The TV also had English speaking channels, which is rare from our other stays as nowhere else did, even though we weren’t there to watch Tver, but did for about an hour before we went to bed.
−Nothing, it was all good and the bed was really comfortable.

+The apartment offers a lot of space & very clean. Very nice living room with comfortable sofa & small kitchen - very perfect! The wifi was also very fast - just great! The bathroom is small but very modern & fine, the shower & toilet also worked very well (most apartments in Italy have problems with toilet & shower unfortunately).

+~15 минут пешком от ЖД вокзала, многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Апартаменты чистые, небольшие по размеру, отличный напор горячей воды, приветливая хозяйка Анна, темные жалюзи.
−Чтобы хотелось - стиральную машину, но рядом есть прачечная (4 евро за стирку).
