“Confortable room, but disappointing discrepancies with the advertised accomodation”
+The room was comfortable and cosy. The ladies working at the bar, where we collected they keys, were extremely friendly and helpful. They accompanied us to the accommodation, answered all our questions and did their best to resolve the issue we encountered. We really appreciated their kindness and assistance.
−Unfortunately, the accommodation did not match the layout advertised on Booking.com. We had booked an apartment with a separate bedroom and living room with a sofa bed, but this was not what we found upon arrival. Although the staff kindly found a solution, it involved paying an additional 40 euros for another room. This was an unexpected and frustrating situation, particularly when travelling with family.

−The room didn't have any practical division between shower, toilet and bed. Mattress thickness 4". A lot of stuff in the room to make it look nicer but very little functionality

“Perfect apartment in beautiful Trani”
+The host was very communicative, providing helpful information about both the apartment and Trani. We picked up the key at Café Divino (a short walk away) and were kindly escorted to the apartment. The team at the café were lovely, and it turned out to be a fantastic spot for eating. Breakfast there each morning was especially enjoyable. The apartment itself, located in the heart of the old town, was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cosy, the space was quiet, and the large windows filled the rooms with natural light. It was the perfect base for our family, close to great restaurants, and within easy walking distance of the harbour and train station. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

“lontano dal parcheggio in ZTL”

+Séjour très agréable.acceuil présentiel...port des valises..petit déjeuner inclus..traditionnel italien mais de très bonne qualité..
−Réfléchir au terme MAISON DIVINO cela peut surprendre ...ne s'agissant finalement que d'une très belle chambre...

“Bello ma complicato”
+Il bagno molto bello, comodo e pulito, così come la camera
−La posizione, non lontana dal centro ma difficile da raggiungere perché situata tra i vicoli. Inoltre Wi-Fi rotto e quindi non funzionava nemmeno la tv. Siccome dovevo lavorare è stata veramente una brutta sorpresa che avrei gradito sapere anticipatamente, anziché scoprirla da sola

−Non penso che quella stanza improvvisata come B&B abbia il certificato di Agibilità che tutte le strutture del genere dovrebbero avere!... Una piccola stanza priva di areazione diretta all'infuori della porta d'ingresso con il bagno posto all'interno della stanza!.....penso sia inutile continuare ancora!
