“Pleasant”
+Great location neat station which is a few stops to shibuya, very clean, good value, great communication with host and also do not need to take a key out with you all day.
−Loud at night next to the road, noisy neighbours, fifth floor with no elevator so not great for large luggage.

“Cannot recommend, would not use again.”
−The bed frame slats were half lying on the floor,meaning the mattress sank into the gaps. So the bed was not flat. The pillows were also not comfortable. The air conditioning unit was immediately above my side of the bed leading to me being perpetually dehydrated during the night. There was no hot water for a shower. The walls were very thin and so it was very noisy.

+very close with station and nice area.
−good place for one person but not very clean. spider and cockroach were on the floor and i could not do anything. ipad is not working and there is no elevator. facilities are pretty much old.

“Excellent location but a very shabby run-down cramped apartment.”
+Excellent location very close to the train station, with great connections to get anywhere around Tokyo. The area itself is very cute, enough places to eat to have plenty of choices, but at the same time pretty quiet and low key for such a central spot.
−The room is much smaller than the photos give the impression of - for two people for two weeks it was a bit hard. It's nicely styled but the photos hide that it's shabby and run-down. There's nowhere to store clothes or luggage except on the floor (neither of our cases would fit under the bed). The styling is impractical - the cute driftwood rail means that you can't get in the bed from that side, but if you cross from the other side by standing on the bed, the light fitting is a danger (one replaced lightbulb and one broken one show me that previous visitors have learnt the sharp way). We also didn't love random things being glued down or attached (the radio, hand sanitizer, thermometer?!) Just stopped us being able to use the surfaces, and wasn't a nice vibe. Who's seriously going to steal hand sanitizer? They sent a PDF on how to get in with keycode etc, did not arrive via Booking.com message system. Luckily I checked a day before and they sent it to my email address, otherwise would have been stuck on a landing on the fourth floor. Poor communication on rubbish collection too.

“三軒茶屋のリーズナブルなタイニーワンルーム”
+三軒茶屋駅から十分歩ける距離で良かった。 渋谷駅からバスも利用出来て、とても便利。 近くに銭湯があり、快適。 夜遅くまで開いている飲食店もたくさんあり、活気があるエリア。 宿泊料金が安いので、その分を飲食に回せた。
−5階まで狭い階段をキャリーバッグを持って上がるのが、大変だった。 服を掛けるのが、釣り棚の下で邪魔だった。 コンセントのタコ脚で床が混乱していて、安全面が少し心配だった。

+L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait proche de shibuya. Il y a beaucoup de chose à disposition comme des adaptateurs.
−Il est petit compliqué avec 2 grandes valises. Les lattes du lits tombent facilement, il faut les replacer.
