+Clean tidy and in a good location
−The bed wasn’t the best or most comfy for us so we didn’t sleep that well There are also no soft furnishings like cushions on the sofa so again just not that comfortable

“Lovely apartment in the heart of Florence!”
+Wonderful area! Very close to the Duomo and to Santa Croce which I found to be one of the most lovely churches we visited in all of Italy. (It was even great for kids with the scavenger hunt they provided!) The host provided a list of restaurants to try -- the bakery right around the corner was delicious and reasonably priced!! The apartment was very clean and even had a small washing machine and clothesline we could use. Just pay attention to the check in window. Somehow when booking, I missed that there was a particular check-in window and our train was arriving after that time. The host accommodated our needs, but I know it was an inconvenience.

“Clean spacious apartment in Santa Croce”
+Great location in the Santa Croce area, nice to get out of the busyness of the main square in Florence. Spacious apartment as I travelled solo.
−N/A - just something to be mindful of the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator for luggage etc but this did not bother me as I am young🙂

“Pleasant stay in the heart of old Florence”
+Very close to Santa Croce and the Uffizi, as well as shops, an excellent bakery and a small Carrefour. Marco, the owner, extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable.
−It is in an old historic building so no lift and the apartment is on the second floor. Quite a climb with suitcases. There is also a steep staircase to the bedroom. The apartment is not recommended for older people or those with mobility issues. Kitchen space quite limited and the oven did not work.

+Sehr deluxe Wohnung mit super Ausstattung. Marco erklärte uns beim Check-In alles bestens und gab uns einige Tipps. Sehr guter Kontakt. Lage ist auch sehr praktisch, Supermarkt und Bäckerei jeweils direkt um die Ecke.
