“Disappointing”
+This is my first negative review using Booking for 10 years!!! After reading good reviews about these apartments, I decided to spend a nine-day vacation, but these nine days turned out to be a nightmare for me. But location is not bad and hot water is.In fact, everything is not as good as described, if you stop for one day, you certainly won't notice it. But if you want to stay for more than 1-2 days, you should think carefully and weigh everything.There are a lot of useless and non-working things, but there is no real comfort and safety.Non-working watches, scales, candles, because of no batteries, umbrella was completely broken and rusty.
−The apartments is not so good and I agree with many people who wrote before me.First of all, everything is not as clean as it seems at first, here are the photos of our slippers that we bought and they became dirty on the 3 day. The most unpleasant thing is the night, it is very difficult to sleep, almost impossible and not only because of unloading garbage cans that stand right under the window.They are unloaded at 5-6 a.m. and even at night. But even with the window closed, you can hear absolutely everything that happens on the street and there is practically no sleep.If you open the window, there are a lot of tanks of garbage cans and bums and smells at once in front of you, so you won't open it. Very cramped and uncomfortable shower. And if you turn on the stove or hood or air conditioner, TV, WiFi -there is no traffic jam out of the light. You can’t turn it on the same time. There's nowhere to hang clothes or under the ceiling or doesn't fit. And the worst thing that happened to me when the bidet broke, I fell on the fragments, my wounds were very deep and a lot of blood. Well attached to the wall and normal bidet can't fall. “The place was okay, but very very noisy and too expensive for what it is, in my opinion.”
+The location was nice to reach most of the places I needed, both in the center and not. The check-in was very easy, Rosella, the host, has been very friendly and responsive. I was given a cleaning service once as I was staying for almost two weeks. Among the amenities in the flat I can say that the bed was very comfortable and nice to sleep in. Coffee machine with capsules was a nice bonus.
−The noise. It felt sometimes like the window is non-existent and you're sleeping right in the street outside. First time in my life I had to sleep with earplugs and still was constantly woken up at night by street washers, trucks picking up trash, people chatting outside, etc. The kitchen is very small and equipped rather poorly, so don't count on cooking much yourself - there was not a single knife in the kitchen, the only pan there was isn't working with the convection stove that you have, so it's useless. The shower is also pretty inconvenient - very small, no place to put any soap/shampoo in, so had to peek out every time I needed anything. The ventilation in the shower is also rather weak, so the musty-moldy smell accumulates over time. I was looking for a place with a washing machine to do a laundry once as my stay was rather long and I couldn't pack a lot, but the washing machine here was looking rather nasty with dark spots inside and smelled not great, so I didn't dare to put my laundry in there. “I recommend”
+Tastefully furnished, comfortable accommodation that can also be used in the long term. The important things are 10 minutes away. The owner is flexible, interested and helpful.
−The only bad thing is that there are trash cans in front of the window, but that's not the owner's fault.

“Passable”
+The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and tried their best to help us set up. We booked the same day that we arrived, so they didn’t expect us yet at the apartment. They brought over everything immediately such as towels, and toilet paper. The pictures are accurate, so do be prepared for a rather small apartment. The location is very central to bari, and also the beach. That’s a big plus. Comfortable bed!!
−It’s right next to a busy street on the ground floor, so it’s very loud. It was a bit smelly, quite cold and damp inside. Although everything was new, which is nice, there was still safety plastic on many things such as the TV and oven (and the oven was never used before, but smelled really bad when we turned it on for using, so we couldn’t use it in the end). Bathroom didn’t seem very clean. There was a laundry machine, which we would have loved so use - unfortunately it was old and moldy inside.
