“Spacious apartment, well centred and perfect for a successful trip to Lisboa”
+We absolutely loved the central location and the spaciousness of the apartment. It was clean, modern and fully equipped. We slept really good and can recommend this place to everybody.
−There was nothing we didn’t like

+Spacious, central location.
−Dodgy street with no light, the entrance inside the building is full of construction material (although the property had informed us that construction was not to start while we were there). No elevator- which we knew- yet the stairs were like patchwork from different times and each floor had 2 flights of stairs (so a big, hard climb to the third floor). When it rained water dripped from the ceiling inside the room and on to our suitcase which also meant there was a lot oh humidity.

“Good. Love”
+All full amenities we need. Clean, beautiful, good space ,good facilities
−Stair!!! … The access code didn’t receive via email or message before check in so we waste time a lot for check in . In the check in instruction said that someone will be there but no one.. in email never confirm about the access code or any information as mention in booking message.

“Comfortable apartment for family and friends in the heart of Baixa, Lisbon.”
+The property is well located, only a few blocks from Praça Comercio and other well known landmarks. A supermarket is 3 blocks away for conveniences like milk, fruit, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you could think of. Beds and linens were very comfortable for too.
−A lot of stairs! Four floors up, no elevator, made for a tough arrival and departure with suitcases. We are all early 60’s and still in good shape, but others who cannot make the steps need to know this in advance.

“Appartement comfortable mais accès difficile au 3ème étage avec les bagages. Prix élevé pour Lisbon”
+Emplacement ideal
−Refus de me donner le code tant que le check in de tous les participants n'était pas réalisé. Avec des arrivées entre 14 et 20 heures pour le dernier ce n'est pas évident.
