“Very bad tempered property manager and unreliable key fob made for an anxious weekend”
+The flat is beautiful and immaculate. It's not well serviced, however, and the property manager and property owners had unrealistic expectations about the accessibility of the flat
−The stay would have been wonderful but for one thing: on the first night, having left our baggage in the flat, we couldn't get back into it. The fob did not open the door: it opened the lift but the front door would not open. It was 11.30 pm, very cold and very wet and we were stuck outside. We called the contact number and talked to the property owners, who could not work out what the problem was. Eventually, the property owners said they would call the property manager. He arrived an hour later, in a very bad mood. Anyone can appreciate why: it was the middle of the night. But this was not a problem we created, and not our fault or intention. The bad temper was therefore not well directed. The property manager opened the door somehow, but immediately went into the flat, closing the door behind. He then had a long heated conversation on the phone, leaving us outside, for another 10 minutes. He then let us in, and carried on his conversation on the landing. We were back inside, but we still had no idea how to open the door. “Very spacious penthouse apartment”
+A very spacious penthouse apartment which was a short walk from the main train station. The location near the city centre was ideal. The apartment has a large outside area with a view of the nearby Nikolaikirche.
−We had problems with the transponder which is used to access the flat and to get to the 6th floor in the lift. The lift was the most problematic. A few times we had to go to the 5th floor, access to which didn't need the transponder, and then walked up the last flight of stairs. It would be helpful to include written instructions on how to use the transponder in the welcome pack. The kitchen area was quite small.

“The perfect choice for a short stay in Leipzig”
+Fantastic location, one minute to the Opera House and a minor stroll into the city centre. Very quiet accommodation despite the central location. Really well equipped and spotlessly clean.
−Key fob system was unfamiliar to us as vistitors to the country & this took a bit of getting used to. Some more precise instructions would have been useful.

“I had to ask around to find the house and appartment, but then all was smooth and luxurious.”
+This is absolutely lovely place. I belive it is the the best appartment I ever slept. Clean and just perfect, with everything you might need. Nice view, with all the luxury you might think of.
