+Location was perfect
−The bed was so uncomfortable.. it was like sleep on a concrete base with a thin mattress.

+Location
−The jacuzzi was not cleaned, and when we turned it on it smelled bad and was leaking. There were white stains on the headboard of the bed. The rug was quite worn and not properly cleaned. There were no utensils at all.

+Our room was beautiful, stylish, and very clean. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us. I really, really enjoyed staying here! The hotel is also very close to the city center, which was super convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
−Unfortunately, we had no hot water during our one-night stay, so we couldn’t take a shower or use the jacuzzi.
