“Passable”
+The location and the size of the apartment was great.
−We were informed by the instructions that's the host would meet us at the apartment. We had provided our arrival time. However the host was not there. Luckily the neighbor was around when we arrived and had the key code to let us get the key and enter the apartment. It would have been useful if the key code was provided before arrival. If the neighbor had not been there we would have been stranded. The air conditioning stopped working on the first day, we had contacted the host however they were unable to help nor were they able to provide an alternative solution. This was very disappointing considering temperatures were 30 plus degrees. It made the apartment very humid and very unpleasant to be in.

“Most disappointing apartment during our 3 months in Europe and was not as described with terrible communication and nowh”
+The proximity was good.
−Contact did not send through key box code for over 90mins despite numerous requests through Booking.com messages and 2 voicemail messages - neighbour then called her and got through and opened up for us. NOT beachfront as in property description which was the major reason for selection. Toilet seat was falling off all the time and works not stay on. No shower screen in bathroom and when showering, water would cover the tiles making it very slippery and dangerous. Continual noise from people passing and talking, delivery trucks loading and unloading at all hours of day and night would wake us up, even with the window closed. The apartment was dark during the day and you needed the lights on. Host did not acknowledge a message I sent to her telling her about the toilet seat, no shower gel and the false claim that it had a beachfront location.

“Spacious stay close to Split old town!”
+This was a great spacious property just outside of the old town of split! It was perfect for a group of 4!
−There were some issues with damp and the general condition of the property that should be fixed. The bathroom was also slightly inconvenient as it would flood after showering as the shower was not separate.

“Lovely place to stay”
+The apartment had everything necessary. Shop and old town were just a short walk away. Apartment was clean, cosy and check in and out was very easy.

“Amazing location, excellent host, overall would come back”
+- location was great - amenities were great - access was good - well spacious - comfortable bed - very clean - as described in description - excellent host! :D
−- bathroom was a bit small, could have done with a partition between the toilet and shower - probably best for a couple rather than group of 4. - AC was not working so windows open at all times which was quite noisy as night due to windows right by the street (but does happen so not major!)

“Amazing country so beautiful and lots to do and see!”
+The apartment was in a great location, right near the centre and a 5min walk to the port, the apartment itself was brilliant and had everything we needed. Lovely little place.
