“LACK OF COMMUNICATION SPOILT WHAT WAS A GOOD STAY”
+LOCATION WAS GOOD BUT A LOT OF WALKING TO GET INTO THE HEART OF TOWN AND HARBOUR
−COMMUNICATION. ARRIVED EVENTUALLY INTO THE APARTMENT AFTER MIDNIGHT. EXHAUSTED. HAD NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE PROPERTY. INSTRUCTIONS WERE SENT VIA EMAIL AS TO WHERE THE KEY WAS, CODES, ETC. BUT SO LATE AND WE WERE ALREADY TRAVELLING AND WERE NOT ABLE TO ACCESS EMAILS. ONCE ACCOMMODATION HAS BEEN PAID FOR, ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT GETTING IT AND CODES ETC. SHOULD BE SENT IMMEDIATELY. NOT ON THE DAY BEFORE OR ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE SITUATION.

“Modern chic apartment”
+We loved the aesthetics and quality of the apartment. It is beautifully updated, with high-end design and furnishings. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. You can walk to the center (15 minutes), the ferries (5 minutes) and Bacvice beach (across the street basically). Great views from almost every window. My family really enjoyed our stay here, we highly recommend it.

“Easy, clean and comfortable, super location.”
+Great location and very comfortable!!! The hosts were very easy to communicate with. They gave us lots of great information and helped out when we left a piece of luggage behind.

“Potential but disappointed”
+It is close to the beach.
−It is a long way up the stairs. 4 flights of stairs, not 3, because they count zero as the first floor. The house feels empty like someone is just moving in.False advertising because it says 2 full beds in 2 of the rooms, and that is not true. There is 1 bed per 3 bedrooms .Needs a lot of repairs, there is only air conditioning in the main bedroom, the entrance and the living room but the extra bedrooms were very hot, the closet doors in the master were broken,the patio door broken so could not go on the patio, nice view of city but also the dirty train station and people yelling through the streets all night, no extra towels, couch is so dirty and the kitchen chairs,wifi not posted anywhere, I was locked out in the dark hallway at 9pm at night and couldn't reach the owner by phone. It was a very bad and disappointing experience. This property has potential if they would give it the attention it needs.

“We loved it.”
+Excellent location, immaculate apartment. We had everything we needed. It was a 3rd floor walkup, so if you don't mind steps it was perfect. We had a birds eye view to the harbor - and fireworks on Croatian Independence day. It was perfect.

“Nice location, but can be a bit noisy due to the traffic”
+Very nice three bedrooms good decor
−The location was very noisy. We didn’t have instructions on how to use the AC remote so we had to keep the windows open and it was extremely noisy. Very difficult to sleep. No WiFi.

“Amazing Split Apartment”
+The location was fantastic. We had easy access to the City centre and some of the local beaches. Great restaurants only a few minutes walk away. The apartment was well equipped and the host responded very quickly to our questions. Only regret was that we didn't get to stay there longer. It was also extremely close to the ferry, bus & train terminals. The views were impressive as well. Just note though that the unit is on the third floor and there is no evelator so you have to be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs however it is worth it.
−The only problem we encountered was that we didn't have enough hot water for 5 people to shower with. This wouldn't be an issue in summer though.

“Great for location and view of harbour”
+Location was great, apartment was clean, great communication
−Beds in second and third bed were small. Hot water ran out after 1 bath. No out door space to sit, coffee pods would be appreciated
