“Fraudulent scamming scum bags”
+This is a fraudulent property who stole £2380 from me through a scam impersonation phone call and Booking.com have done nothing to help. I never booked this property, the whole thing was a scam but booking.com let it all carry on

+Visually as per the photos, property owner/manager dealt with me cordially and respectfully.
−The requirement for a security deposit, payable by bank transfer before check-in instructions are provided, was not clearly set out in the listing description. While this was communicated by the host after booking confirmation, the non-refundable nature of the booking meant there was limited flexibility at that stage. The listing itself states: "If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to £249 after check-out." Overall, we managed during our one-night stay, which was too brief to raise these issues and have them resolved in a hassle-free manner. However, I would like to draw the property owner's attention to a few maintenance and safety-related items: - The downstairs toilet door is missing both the handle and lock. - One of the electrical wall sockets in the master bedroom is not securely fixed and is pulling away from the wall. - The upstairs toilet door does not close fully. - The curtain pole holder in the bedroom adjacent to the upstairs toilet appears to require securing to help prevent it from accidentally falling and potentially causing injury. I hope these observations are helpful and can be addressed for future guests.

+We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation over the weekend. The house was spotless from top to bottom , everything was perfectly clean and very well maintained. We had a little difficulty figuring out how to use the central heating at first, but the host was fantastic. He came within minutes to help us set it up and even brought us some treats like chocolate and crisps to make our stay more comfortable , such a thoughtful touch! The property itself is lovely and has a superb garden. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the garden much because of the weather, but it’s absolutely beautiful and would be perfect in nicer conditions. Overall, everything about our stay was excellent, and we truly had a great time. We would definitely love to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

“Good for jus”
+I think the house overall was decent, the kitchen is open and looks big. The host was helpful and allowed us to extend the check out time.
−The house was dirty, I had to clean the house before settling in. The cabinets, plates, glasses were dirty, the stove had grease. There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Things looked fragile and easy to break.
