−Very disappointing - dirty and not as advertised Unfortunately, our stay from 21-26 July was extremely disappointing and the apartment was nowhere near the standard we expected from the photographs and description on Booking.com. The apartment was dusty, mucky and filthy in areas. There were cracked tiles, mould around the shower, used false eyelashes left behind, a grimy cooker and a very dirty throw on the sofa. The overall standard of cleanliness was unacceptable, and I took photographs during our stay showing the condition of the property. We were also provided with just one tiny towel each for the entire five-night stay, with no adequate supply of fresh towels. The mattresses were extremely old, thin and uncomfortable, to the point that I suffered severe backache during the stay and struggled to get a comfortable night's sleep. The apartment was advertised as having air conditioning, which was extremely important given the temperatures during our stay. What we actually had was a portable unit in the living area with a hose going outside. It repeatedly flashed, failed to cool the apartment properly and appeared to blow warm air. “Disappointing , wouldn’t stay again.”

−Apartment needs a deep clean, upholstery smelt and kitchen was sticky, Didn’t feel safe, front door frame needs attention, pool furniture was broken, full of stag parties , not suitable for stay with teenage daughter, air conditioning was a single portable unit that required door to be open, we wouldn’t stay here again.

+Claudio the host was so accommodating and was there to meet us. Communication was excellent and even allowed a late check out we had a late flight. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and not too far to walk tothe madness of the strip 😀

“Pleasant short break with good car parking.”
+Was nice to be met and shown the apt. Convenient for shops, restaurants, bus stops etc and walking down to the beach.
−Didn't realise the sun didn't reach the balcony to late afternoon. Should have checked before. Only one of us found bed comfortable but know it's a personal choice.
