“Meh”
+The location is one of the only things I liked about this place. It is right in the middle of everything and was still quiet.
−The biggest issue with this property was the parking situation. When I booked, I was told that parking would be available. We drove into the city expecting to be able to park, only to find that parking was not only unavailable but that the restrictions in the area were very intense. When I reached out to the owner, Daphne was incredibly kind and responsive. She suggested several free places where we could park, but unfortunately, none of them were available. We ultimately had to pay €12 per night for parking, and then discovered that we were parked in the wrong location and had to move the car. There were also a few other issues with the rental. The property itself is beautiful and has amazing original stone features, but because the air conditioning is turned off when you leave, the space had a very musty smell when we returned. The hot water was another challenge,it was scalding hot for only about five minutes at a time, and we had difficulty getting the temperature to a comfortable level. When we arrived, there were also ants in the kitchenette, and there were no basic amenities such as shampoo or body wash. I do want to emphasize that Daphne was wonderful. She responded quickly

+Location was right in old town so lots around
−Very basic, bed and bathroom. There was a 10 euro fee per hour for arrival after 8 pm which was hidden in the small print. This added an unexpected 30 euro to my bill as I arrived at 11. A key combination lock like they have in most other apartments would facilitate those coming in late flights and be much better. I feel a bit ripped off paying over 130 for a basic room.

−No es para nada lo que nos esperábamos. La entrada al apartamento parece de un edificio abandonado y el apartamento no es como en las fotos. No lo recomendamos ni para pasar una noche.

+Pokoj w samym centrum, bardzo cicho w nocy bo okna są od strony podwórka. Czysto. Instrukcje dotarcia do pokoju były jasne, komunikacja z włascicielką doskonała. Byliśmy autem i zaparkowaliśmy na płatnym parkingu 2 euro/h który był około 6 minut na piechotę od pokoju (byliśmy tylko na 1 noc).

−Tuš kabina začepljna, prljava voda ne otiče. Jako mala kupaona, jedva se okreneṣ̌ u njoj. U sadržaju je bio naveden besplatan parking, kojeg nije bilo nego smo morali vozit okolo po Splitu i tražit mjesto gdje možemo ostaviti auto.

“Authentic”
+The place in the center, very authentic, you just live inside one of these ancient houses, on the first floor, you just walk in right from the street.
