“not worth the money”

−We stayed here with our three young children and unfortunately encountered several issues that significantly affected our experience. Throughout the accommodation, there was cat hair everywhere , on furniture, bedding, and floors. The shower drain was poorly draining, making it unpleasant to use. Additionally, there was no mosquito nets on the window, which was a real problem in the evenings. The most serious issue was with the shower cabin door, which was not properly installed. It broke during our stay , through no fault of ours , and the owner’s response was to ask to pay for the damage and if not then leave to property immediately. Being asked to leave with three small children over a maintenance issue that was clearly caused by improper installation was completely unacceptable and stressful. This is definitely not stay for more thean 4 persons. The bed was very soft and couch not in good conditions

+Kilátás szenzációs!!! Mosógép nagyon jó,hogy van. Plusz pont érte. Tágas nagy terasz.
−Belépéskor már érződött egy savanyú büdös szag. Undorító volt. A nem takarítás végterméke. Első este nem tudtam aludni. Gyomorforgató szag volt. Az ágy kifeküdt szivacs. Kényelmetlen. Ha ezeket megoldások egy szuper jó hely lenne.

+Lage ist gut - Strand der ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist, ist sehr schön
−Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht (4 Erw. + 1 Kind) und haben eingecheckt und haben Sie am selben Abend auf Grund der Sauberkeit noch verlassen. Es wirkte als wäre schon sehr sehr lange nicht mehr geputzt worden. Es war Schimmel zu finden,die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber (Katzenhaare und Flecken), im ganzen Apartment war ein modriger Geruch wahrzunehmen und es klebten tote Motten an den Wänden. Auch war eine ausgerissense Steckdose im Wohzimmer zu finden. Man wollte nicht ohne Schuhe im Apartment gehen.

+The house is located just a short walk from the sea and the beaches. The upper apartments offer a beautiful view of the sea, which is definitely one of the highlights of the property.
−The accommodation was quite basic, as was the equipment and overall standard of the property. Some maintenance and renovation would clearly be needed. For a basic overnight stay, it is sufficient. However, there was an unpleasant sewage smell around the property. The owner explained that this is apparently common after periods of rain. The parking situation was also problematic. The listing states that parking is available, but there is only enough space directly in front of the property for around three cars. Since the guesthouse has five apartments, some guests have to park on the street approximately 300 metres away, following the owner’s instructions. Unfortunately, before leaving, I found an unpleasant note under my windscreen wiper from a local resident stating that I was not allowed to park there because the land was private property. This was particularly frustrating, as I had parked there according to the owner’s instructions.

“Summer”
+Everything was fine, we have got keys from the hosts. We rent 2 rooms with big shared terrace between them. View on the sea is great. You have 2 beaches near the appartment within 5 and 15 minutes of walk. Will come again.
