“Apartment just fit for 2”
+Clean, provided with washing machine, hair dryer, cloth hanger, plate washing machine, kitchen utilities, basic coffee machine. The apartment just fit for two person. Host was agreed to let me check out on 1030am. Downstairs is a taiwanese restaurant and convenient shop.
−The location is walking distance 10-15 mins from the Milano train station. You won't no meet the host, while you need follow the complex instruction to get the access key. My room is at level 7, with lift access with staircase. Very inconvenient if you got big luggage. The hot water might not functioning sometime, you need to restart it at the living room door. No storage of luggage if you check in or check out earlier.

+The location was great. It was a quite residential area but still well connected to the centre. Communication with the host clear, and I was able to get a quick answer to my queries :)
−The heating was increased every night making it uncomfortable to sleep at times.

+Менше 10 хв від центрального вокзалу. До центру йти 30 хв, але я ж розуміла при бронюванні що це досить далеко. Сподобалася біла постіль та рушники, було мило та гель для душу, посуд( тарілки, стакани, кастрюля), посудомийка якою не користувалися бо не було потреби. Великий плюс це пральна машина! Душ працює дивно, але пристосувалися. Поруч багато закладів для зарчування, особливо азійських. Було занадто багато ключів для входу, але розібралися. Інструкція досить зрозуміла
−Поруч будівництво, досить шумно. Довелося закривати вікна, але це не було великою проблемою для мене

“Parecchia luce (senza tende) ma moltissime ombre”
+Posizione ottimale per le nostre esigenze, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione centrale, metro e corso como nelle vicinanze.
−L'appartamento di per sé è carino. Vari aspetti ne condizionano la recensione negativa. Primo: le istruzioni di booking via mail non includevano le foto necessarie a reperire le chiavi. Dopo lunghe conversazioni con il numero fornito le ho ricevute infine su wup (il personale è stato paziente ma non rapidissimo). Secondo: la struttura sembra una casa vissuta affittata nello stato in cui si trova. Passi per i libri, e passi pure per l'oggettistica di viaggio, l'armadio pieno di scarpe ed altri oggetti del proprietario anche no. Stesso discorso per le chitarre nel fodero e senza. Il tutto rende impossibile sia pulire sia sistemare in modo ottimale le proprie cose. Mobilio in stato così così e bagno con lavandino da sistemare completano il quadro non esaltante (assieme ad una pulizia da rivedere). Da ultimo, la stanza principale dove è presente un divano letto è totalmente priva di scuri e di tende, e per chi non è abituato a dormire in piena luce è certo un problema. Ultimo punto minore, L'appartamento si trova un piano sopra all'arrivo dell'ascensore, e la rampa è abbastanza stretta. Da valutare se con bagagli pesanti o problemi di mobilità.
