“Modern apartment with great sea-view and very nice host”
+The apartment was amazing, it was clean modern with insanely great view from terrace. Kitchen was well equipped with great amenities as coffee machine, microwave and etc. Rooms were big with nice beds. Parking in garage was nice plus. Velimir is a great host who is helpful, kind and really appreciate his guests. We felt very welcomed by him and only be thankful to him.

“5 star cleanliness with gorgeous view”
+Spotlessly clean, modern and well-equipped apartment. Beautiful view over the bay. Three swimming pools. Great host; proactive with local tips, responsive to any queries, and helpful - even came to find us when Google couldn't find the address. We would happily rent this apartment again.
−Probably not an issue for most people, but while the aircon is excellent in the living area, the bedrooms can get warm - however we are used to living in a place with cool night temperatures.

“One of the best experiences ever.”
+One of the best locations we’ve ever stayed at! Velimir was incredibly communicative and thoughtful , he guided us all the way until our arrival, and continued to offer helpful suggestions on places to visit and eat throughout our stay. The fridge was generously stocked with beer, wine, Prosecco, juice, and even local cake and coffee , such a welcoming touch. No need to pack beach towels, as everything was already provided. The swimming pool was a real highlight: beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and felt truly comfortable. To top it all off, Velimir surprised us with a lovely farewell gift , a gesture we deeply appreciated.

+Wenn ich könnte, würde ich für das Apartment, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung und die Lage sogar 12 von 10 Punkten vergeben. Das Apartment ist wirklich äußerst schön eingerichtet und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Bucht und den Hafen. Wir haben Anfang Oktober 14 Tage hier verbracht und mit großer Freude gekocht, denn es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man in einer gut ausgestatteten Küche benötigt. Außerdem gibt es einen sauberen und gepflegten Außenpool mit Liegen. Zum Kiesstrand sind es nur wenige Meter, sodass man sich jeden Tag eine Runde im Meer gönnen konnte. Herr Velimir, der Vermieter, kommt zur Schlüsselübergabe persönlich vorbei und zeigt einem das Apartment. Das Apartment in Banjole ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, beispielsweise nach Pula oder in das Naturschutzgebiet Kamenjak.
