+Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is ok to access the beachfront.
−The apartment was very “tired”, nowhere near as nice as the images make it seem. Beds were very uncomfortable. Although the apartment wasn’t dirty, just felt like everything was old and needed replacing.

−A bit small. The bathroom was tiny. Toaster was unreliable. The handle was missing so it was difficult to push down to activate. Hairdryer didn’t work. Sofa bed was uncomfortable Mattress on bed was hard.

−Writing ⭐ 1 STAR - Extremely disappointing stay and absolutely not as advertised We chose this apartment specifically because of the excellent reviews, high score and number of stars it had on Booking.com. Unfortunately, after staying here, I genuinely cannot understand how those reviews reflect the property we experienced. I strongly question whether the reviews are genuine. From the moment we arrived, we were extremely uncomfortable. The area immediately outside the property was very dirty, noisy and intimidating, with people openly taking drugs and a very strong smell of cannabis. This was not an environment we felt comfortable bringing our children into. The listing also stated that parking was available. In reality, there was effectively no usable parking. Although you could technically get a vehicle into the space, you would struggle to get back out, making it completely impractical. When we entered the apartment, there was an immediate and very strong smell of damp and mould. There was visible mould downstairs and the whole property had a stale, dirty smell. −Although situated perfectly for a walk to the beach and all the other local amenities, the street itself was a little unnerving with the kind of people that hang around nearby. But of course that’s not a fault of the property itself, just want to make people aware in case they are thinking of staying out later at night with younger family members.

−The property was not as clean or well-maintained as it was portrayed in the pictures. From the moment I arrived, there was a terrible smell coming from downstairs, which made the stay quite unpleasant. There were also cobwebs around the room, suggesting that the property had not been cleaned thoroughly. Only a single bedsheet was provided for a three-night stay. I also requested a waste bin bag, but despite my request, one was never provided. Overall, the property did not meet the standard or expectations set by the pictures and description. The cleanliness and basic provisions need significant improvement.

“Very Poor, don’t rely on the reviews”
−This property is falsely advertised, having looked at the reviews which said it was all good I booked this last minute for a stay, we only were in the property 2 minutes.. reception area strewn with bags of laundry, dirty chairs etc… room stenched of urine and bed was only pop up and felt as though it would collapse. We were travelling with two young children and although for the price were not expecting 5 star we did expect it to be a clean and safe space. They did offer to stay in their hotel as an alternative but based on the reception area we booked alternative accommodation. I have contacted booking.com and owner to have a refund but no response… avoid!!!!

+It was a 5 minute walk from coral island , the staff were really helpful and very informative , the bathroom was nice and the decor of the room was actually nice , had a tv and WiFi , complimentary crisps and a few wee snacks where sitting waiting.
−The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable, under the double bed was dirty with chips etc and the bed was also broken the slats falling off , as you walk in the door it didn’t smell very nice but the room itself smelled fine , the private parking wasn’t ideal as there was only one key and someone took it away so we couldn’t get the car back in and someone also took the space we where given which isn’t the owners fault to be fair because seagulls where being fed they where right outside our room and it was all you could hear while trying to sleep.
