+Location is great since it is really a walking distance to the most important tourist sites without entering within the restricted area. There is also a supermarket near the apartment, gas station and free parking. The host was attentive and sent the correct information always ahead of time.

“Nice apartment not too far from the the old town of Dubrovnik”

−The hot water tank is too small, the water started running cold after one quick shower, so if a second person needs a shower, the water is cold.

“Great parking, a wonderful host and the best shower in Croatia! 🚿”
+Parking was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation, as finding a parking space in Dubrovnik can be challenging. Although the building looks a little tired from the outside, the apartment itself was perfectly fine. The host was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and even leave at 4 p.m. on our last day. This was a lovely bonus, giving us time to return after exploring the city, use the bathroom and plan our next journey with Wi-Fi. We also really appreciated the snacks she left for us. And now for the highlight: the shower! After 12 nights travelling around Croatia, we both agreed it was the best shower of our entire trip. First prize goes to this accommodation! 🏆 Just remember to wear comfortable walking shoes, as reaching Dubrovnik's old town involves climbing quite a few stairs.

“A brilliant cofortable convenient stay”
+A great apartment in a good location, not far from the port, the old city and several nice beaches. There is good secure parking for a car, a nice small kitchenette with some tea and coffee provided. We were given very good service by the owner, who ensured that we could arrive when we requested and that all was OK when we had got there. Buses go from nearby, although the service appears somewhat limited.
−The apartment is at the top of three flights of steep stairs in an externally unappealing Tito-style block. There is no lift. In addition, the apartment is hard to identify when you get to the presumed apartment-block door, as there are no labels on the board listing apartment numbers in the vestibule. However, the owner was very helpful, when we contacted her.

+Easily accessible by car, with a quiet location. Still within walking distance to the old town, and plenty of restaurants and small shops around. The host was so lovely and helpful.
−Not the host’s fault but the walk back from old town was slightly difficult in mid-day heat as it is uphill.

−Immeuble ancien qui demanderait une rénovation. Emplacement un peu à l écart du centre. Globalement un coût un peu élevé par nuitée.
