+Amazing location, very clean and spacious room.
−The noise from the road outside is not completely blocked, so you can hear it sometimes. I’m a light sleeper but I managed to sleep ok, but might be an issue for others.

−Nothing to do with the property, but as often in central locations the streets are noisy due to traffic so may recommend earplugs for sensitive sleepers :)

“Location and apartment perfect but street noises heard into the apartment”
+I liked the location of the apartment. Subway station was very close. The studio was very nice and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well kept. The hosts were giving all needed info well in advance.
−The street noises were well heard into the apartment even though we were on the fourth floor. During the last night of our stay there was work done on the tram road that is next to the building. That kept us up most of the night, especially my boyfriend, who is a light sleeper. So would not suggest for light sleepers.

+decoration is really good taste, furniture are very nice, kitchen tools are the must! Views from big window, lots of natural liuminosity! shower is really great!
−the building and elevator needs a renovation, because inside the flat is amazing but corridors, main door and reception needs to be renovated.
