“The view alone is worth the stay!”
+Bright penthouse with stunning view of Capo Caccia and Alghero. The property was clean and furnished with everything we needed. The location is excellent in a quiet area and only a 25 mins walk from the city centre. We mostly used the bus to reach the beaches, and the bus stop is only a 5 min walk from the apartment. Communication with Silvana was always easy. We also asked if we could borrow a beach umbrella, and Silvana very kindly arranged one for us. We will definitely choose Lucy Penthouse again when we come back to Alghero!

+Amazing view and not far away from the city centre. Silvana was very nice , responsive to all our questions and very knowledgeable. We found in the kitchen very good coffee and fresh biscuits (very delicious). Very clean. We loved it.
−It’s just a suggestion-it would be nice second pair of pillows and would’ve been nice to have some liquid soap in the bathroom.☺️

“Avoid this apartment”
+Nothing the property was totally unsuitable,not as described, dated and in need of total refurbishment. Due to lack of air conditioning we didn’t stay one night and found alternate suitable accommodation.
−The apartment is in need of full refurbishment rusted windows doors .Kitchen and appliances either not working (dishwasher which reading reviews should have been fixed in April 2025 ..now it’s July 2025and still not working .. see photos ) or needed replacement (fridge rusted and had wooden blocks holding it up covered in foil ).Aircon poor ,none in second bedroom.Balcony unsuitable due to extreme wind .. we were warned to push table and chairs against wall as risk of them blowing away . The photos and listing are misleading and the property is not suitable for high temperatures. It’s not maintained to a decent standard and certainly not worth the price. We left the same afternoon and found wonderful ,suitable accommodation . We contacted the owner immediately about the lack of air conditioning in bedroom ( in severe temperatures) lack of kettle ( told to use a saucepan to boil water ) . We explained we would leaving the property immediately due to my daughter having a medical condition triggered by heat ( no air conditioning in her bedroom) and temperatures were unseasonably high .The host offered a fan and acknowledged our concerns ..we were told to go through booking.com for a r

“Belle vuz”
+La vue incontestablement, avec tout les soirs les coucher de soleil. Le logement était très propre et calme.
−La mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. La literie inconfortable ( pour nous) Pas de machine à laver le linge. Le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine, pour avoir souvent voyagé, ici il n'y a que le minimum. Pas de bols, pas de cuillères en bois pour cuisiner, la poêle usée. Pas de papier essuie tout non plus... Beaucoup de fourmis sur le plan de travail. La décoration qui est très vieille, on se croirait chez une grand mère ( les goûts et les couleurs sont propres à chacun, pour ma part bof) Et vraiment le point négatif pour ma part, c'est d'avoir réservé ce logement en février pour septembre. Dès que j'ai eu l'information que mon vol était avancé j'ai envoyé une demande pour arriver plus tôt au logement. Chose qu'on m'a accordé, j'ai donc organisé ma première journée sur cet accord. Le jour de mon départ à 3h30 du matin je me rends compte que j'ai reçu un message à 23h30 pour me dire que je ne pourrais pas avoir le logement à l'heure demandé car la personne d'avant avait un contre temps. Certes ça arrive, mais ce n'est pas à moi de modifier mes vacances ou de m'organiser pour les gens. J'ai récupéré le logement après 14h au lieu de fin de matinée, après avoir envoyé un message c

+Hezký výhled na moře a město. Klidná lokalita a nedaleko od centra města. Velký á čistý prostorný byt s klimatizací.Dvě velké terasy a pohodlné postele.Velmi dobrá komunikace s majitelkou. V kuchyni jsme našli dobrou kávu a šampus. Dobré místo k pobytu a vřele doporučuji.

+La casa è molto grande, bella e ben tenuta. Ha due terrazze con una vista su Alghero e Capo Caccia favolosa. È stata davvero un ottima scelta
−Cambierei la porta di ingresso a pian terreno. È davvero finita. Quando si arriva si ha l’idea di aver sbagliato posto prima di entrare poi nella bellissima casa.

+Die Lage ist meines Erachtens herausragend, insbesondere die riesige Terrasse lädt zum ausgiebigen Frühstück ein. Andrea hat uns zudem sehr gut betreut und stand mit guten Tips für Unternehmungen bereit.
