“Charming and excellent view”
+Very charming cozy place with an amazong view. Very good location.
−Maybe the bathroom is nit so good for talk people. But we weren't, so everything was great. Nonlift, but we didn't mind as we knew before. The view was worth every step.

“Stunning terrace view to city.”
+Apartment has great centered position,close to everywhere. As others mentioned before the view from terrace is really stunning (although opposite building is under reconstruction). There are nice decorations that create pleasant atmosphere. Jessica (I have never seen her before) seems as very responsible and helpful person (make a stay more convenient). I recommend this pretty apartment.
−Yes there are stairs to 5th floor,but it's the same like climbing the mountain. If you want great experience with view you need a bit effort. It's not easy but not a tragedy as well. It's manageable. Still great apartment.

+The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was equipped with necessary appliances. The views from the patio were fantastic. The location is good. Not far from the train station and wall. The rest of the town is certainly walkable. The 90 steps up would be a challenge for some.

“Lovely stay at LuccaStay”
+A beautiful apartment with stunning views, and all of the facilities that we needed for our visit. Jessica answered our queries quickly, both before and during our stay. The apartment is located close to the railway station, the city centre and the parkrun start, and made it easy for us to get to the activities that we had planned. Thanks for letting us stay.

+Lovely apartment, great location. Views amazing.
−I would recommend letting people know that there are 90 plus steep steps to climb to reach the apartment. You need to be well and physically active to climb the steps. WiFi went off, and we did contact Jessica. It was sorted for a short period but went again.

“Tolle Aussicht über Lucca”
+Das beste an dem Appartement ist die Lage, direkt in der Innenstadt und kurzer Fußweg zum Bahnhof. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft, morgens kann man die Sonne hinter dem Dom aufgehen sehen, zur anderen Seite kann man abends die Sonne wieder untergehen sehen. Die Ausstattung ist gut und gemütlich. Wlan hat gut funktioniert.
−Es gibt keine Spülmaschine und keinen Backofen. War für uns kein Problem. Uns haben auch die vielen Stufen nicht gestört, dafür hat man dann die tolle Aussicht. Große Menschen haben es allerdings im Badezimmer schwer, mein Mann (1,85 groß) hat sich an den niedrigen Balken oft den Kopf gestoßen und konnte nicht aufrecht stehen.

+Supersentralt, flott utsikt over Lucca fra terrassen. Rent og pent. God kontakt med husverten som svarte raskt og var behjelpelig med alt vi hadde av spørsmål underveis.
−5.etg uten heis kan bli litt tøft for enkelte. Det minste soverommet var lite og hadde en sovesofa som var litt trang for to voksne.
