“Nice room for good price”
+We booked 2 rooms with friends. It is a beautiful house with garden, in a calm green environment. Very close to the river and the Keramikmuseum Scheibbs, about 20 min walk from the city centre. There is enough space to park the car. Rooms are big enough and clean. Kitchen equipment is good, kettle, stove, oven, some dishes for cooking and eating/ drinking, stuff for dish-washing (but no dishwasher), dish cloth. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, towels.
−The house is under renovation, so there are building materials in the yard, some doors, windows, wood, etc, but the rooms were OK and in good condition. There was no fridge in one of our rooms. Owner woke us up eary (7am) because of tourist tax and registration. Temporary solution for registration paper was not nice, an old calendar sheet with gathering data from all rooms.

−There were no proper curtains in the bedroom. The shower head was very blocked with limescale. Poor quality bedding. Thin single duvet.

“Overall it was very nice and worth the money”
+Verry nice and cozy room, fully equipped with everything we need. Room was very clean and warm. The housekeepers were very nice.
−House is very nice but currently in reconstruction, so it was a bit scary when we arrived in the evening and everything was dark. But we expected it from the previous comments.

“Friendly and cheap property in a nice city, recommended for travellers.”
+The private property offers two apartments. Mine was clean, bed was comfy and kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything. The landlord was a pleasant and talkative person and she made me a cup of coffee every morning. I was fully satisfied with the stay. Considering the price, I can fully recommend staying in the property unless you have really high standards.
−The property is under a reconstruction, so guests have to accept some building materials on the floor here and there. No option for breakfast. Neither were issues for me, though.

“großes, ruhiges Apartment zwei Autominuten vom Zentrum”
+Schöne hohe Räume, viel Platz und ein sehr freundlicher Zimmerwirt. Es gab einen Holzkamin mit Sichtscheibe, der von dem Zimmerwirt befeuert wurde (man konnte aber auch selbst nachlegen). Das gab eine schöne Wärme, aber man muss es natürlich mögen, denn es gibt keine Zetralheizung. Ebenso kein TV-Gerät. Uns hat es gefallen!
−Die Grünfläche rund ums Haus ist noch ein bisschen "baustellig".

+Sehr großes Zimmer mit 3 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ruhige Lage.
−Es hat leider nach Nikotin gerochen, als würde jemand im Zimmer rauchen.

“Perfekt”
+die Besitzer des Hauses sind Wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen!
