“Great central location and excellent value for money.”
+Excellent central location. Spacious and well equipped with everything you might need. How was very communicative and helpful, especially for letting me leave my luggage for a few hours after checkout.
−Little bit noisy at night but expected as so central. You can only get to the kitchen via one of the bedrooms, which was okay for my son and I, but should be clearer in the description.

“A nice apartment - just don't mind the rest of the building”
+Perfect location in the heart of Sofia, with the Vitosha Boulevard just around the corner. Good place for two couples. The state of the apartment is much better than what you'd expect, having seen the interior of the building.
−The building is shabby and rather foul-smelling (which, fortunately, doesn't affect the interior of the apartment). The main door of the house can't be locked.

+Die Lage ist top. Mitten in der Altstadt, alles ist gut und schnell fußläufig erreichbar.
−Die ganze Wohnung stank nach Zigarettenqualm, daher mussten die Fenster aufbleiben. Dadurch war es sehr laut nachts, insb. durch den Müllstand an der Straße (würde drin gewühlt nachts, Müllabfuhr kam mehrfach am Tag, auch sehr früh am Morgen, Sperrmüllanstellung).die Wohnung war dreckig - neben Spinnweben war auch in allen Ecken noch viel Schmutz. Das Mobiliar war alt und schäbig. Die Schranktüren der Kuchen hingen alle nur halb in den Angeln, ein Sessel im Wohn/Schlafzimmer war derart dreckig und vergilbt, dass wir ihn nicht einmal anfassen wollten. Die Wohnung lädt in keinem Fall zum Verweilen ein, selbst Küchentisch und Stühle waren instabil und wackelig. Für das Geld bekommt man in Sofia etwas besseres! Ich weiß nicht, wann eine Unterkunft das letzte Mal derart von der Beschreibung und den Bewertungen abgewichen ist.
