+The view from the property.
−I was not too fond of the instructions about the mop and other cleaning means that guests should use and leave the property as they have never been there. I always leave the place behind me neat and clean, but it has to be cleaned thoroughly by a professional cleaner for another guest. I also didn't like the fact that the water heater was above my head at the top of the bed and electricity cables were everywhere. The place is something that people describe as value for the money, and nothing more.

+The place is nice, the owner Lola is super nice, she will help you with everything you need, she will give you tips, where to go. The location is great for the views on the city and Alhambra.
−From the city center, you have to go quite a lot of stairs, it's steep. So for example after a dinner is quite a challenge. It's written, that there are free parking. Well, we did not have a spot for the whole stay and park our car on the street almost 1km far away. So if you don't want to wait outside for someone to leave the parking, maybe consider other apartment.

“Davvero deludente”
+Ha un bel patio anche se non lo abbiamo utilizzato.
−Arrivati allo studio nel tardo pomeriggio, ci siamo accorti subito che la porta a soffietto del bagno era rotta e non si poteva chiudere. Essendo un ambiente molto piccolo è stato un problema e la signora non ci ha avvisati, anche se lo sapeva già dal mattino e l’abbiamo trovato davvero scorretto. Quando ho acceso l’asciugacapelli, ha fatto alcune scintille, tantissimo rumore e poi si è spento. Ho avvisato la signora che mi ha detto che abitava a un’ora di distanza e quindi di provare a suonare ai vicini per farcene prestare uno. Dormivano, ma loro sono stati molto gentili. Lo studio dentro potrebbe essere migliorato, c’è il boiler sopra il letto (fa un fastidioso rumore finché non raggiunge temperatura) quindi dopo due docce avrete 20 minuti di rumore. Ci sono anche prese e cavi un po’ volanti e a mio avviso non proprio a norma. Per finire in bagno c’è un lavandino piccolissimo come quelli dei treni dove è complicato anche solo lavarsi i denti.

“Tal cual las fotos. Pequeño pero acogedor”
+La ubicación es perfecta, la comunicación con Lola también y la terraza estupenda. La cama es muy cómoda.
−La puerta del baño estaba rota, aunque Lola nos avisó y se disculpó anticipadamente, eso fue lo que menos nos gustó del alojamiento.
