+It was a great location close to the Calle del Laurel. The place was really comfortable with nice air conditioning, which was really necessary in a super hot day like the one we stayed in.
−It would have been nice that with the short stays we could have some better toiletteries because we dont carry those as we do for longer stays. It would be nice to have the option of conditioner and shampoo, shower gel, etc.

“Apartment not meant for nightly rental; would not stay again.”
+Apartment location was fairly central; about 10 minutes walking to the entry of the central nucleus of Logroño.
−No hand soap, body soap or shampoo provided whatsoever, which is extremely annoying, and after I called the property manager, I was told to go down to the grocery store and buy it. First time ever not even having hand soap. Seriously, for the rental price, the hosts can't buy soap for 1€??? One should not be expected to be bringing soap and shampoo to a nightly rental, and if we had arrived at an hour in which the stores were closed, it would have been even more upsetting. After a long journey, the first thing we want to do is freshen up and you can't even do that here. The bathrooms were both dirty -- black dust in the corners of the shower pans, dirty brown shoe prints in the shower pans, long hairs all over the floors. No bathmats provided. Ventilation fans do not work and there are no windows in the bathroom, so after showering the steam ventilates into the apartment and you have to ventilate the other parts of the apartment so the whole apartment doesn't feel like a sauna. Nespresso machine water container was not washed; in fact, very dirty and we had to scrub it down as there was orange mildew in the corners. +Un apartamento monísimo y super céntrico, con llegada autónoma muy cómoda y con un trato por parte de los propietarios excelente.
−En nuestro caso éramos un grupo de 6, y aunque bien es cierto que no faltaban almohadas, cojines ni mantas, sí que echamos en falta un juego de sábanas y/o edredón para la pareja que dormía en el sofá-cama. Además, las camas pequeñas estaban un poco hundidas... Es el único pero que podemos poner.

+Muy bien ubicado , apartamento amplio, luminoso y bonito. Camas muy cómodas,lo baños espaciosos. Lara muy amable nos atendió perfectamente. Super recomendable.
−Por poner un pero,la cama supletoria de la habitación de matrimonio es bastante dura ( aconsejo poner un colchón).

+Distribucion, ubicacion, estaba limpio. Colchones comodos, lo unico que tardaba un poco en contestar en fin de semana. Pero en general, muy bien!

+La casera ha estado atenta en todo momento. Pedimos un juego de más de sábanas que nos faltaba y enseguida vino a entregarlos.
