+I give the accommodation a rating of 10 because Alessandro is a fantastic host. We had a few small issues at the beginning, and Alessandro immediately resolved them. He was always available whenever we needed anything or some advice. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I will definitely return to Rome and book the same accommodation. The location is also great, as it is just a 12-minute walk from the Colosseum.

“Bad”
+good location
−it wasnt a good experience at all, we had problema with the bathroom, the shower hose didnt work properly so i informed the host and he said that the problem was already known but didnt try to fix it before we arrived. Later on the technician came the same afternoon to fix it. We didnt have warm water in the beginning (the host said we had to turn on some switch but it was off and we didnt know) so i was basically cold because there was no warm water, full of shampoo cause i couldnt take the shampoo completely out cause the shower hose didnt work. We had the idea to boil water with the coffe maker to at least shower fast and then to top everything off the electricity went out. It was a very bad experience and we had to stay somewhere else.

“Very good”
+- Great value for a full studio apartment with private bathroom and kitchenette. You can cook some basic meals. - Location is near to most places, especially Colosseum. 6-7 min Short walk to a Metro station. - There is aircon - Easy self-check in/out
−- Small bathroom, especially if you’re a big person, it will feel very crampy. - Window is facing the street so it can be noisy at night from outside.
