“Left early due to bad conditions”
+The location is good.
−It was not clean, no sunlight inside, a lot of noise outside (there is a club across the street), and when we stayed there the AC wasn’t working and the replacement was very noisy.

“Convenient location and nice overall stay. The message I received during my stay was extremely unprofessional.”
+Loved how walkable and close it was to the duomo and city center. Loved how much space we had and the cute modern feel.
−The air conditioning was leaking and the staff was unreasonably rude when I asked for help. The sides of the couch were broken and the toilet seat as well.

“Stylish Florence apartment in great location”
+Location is ideal for walking to all Florence sights. Well equipped and very stylish.
−Mezzanine bedroom is cool feature but staircase is difficult and beams are low. Neighborhood can be a bit loud at night too as there is night club just up the street so lots of people noise at closing time.

“Exceptional flat with a bath in the middle of Florence”
+The flat is located close to Florence's city center, although the area is not very noisy. The flat is spacious with a main room and bedroom on the floor. It includes all necessary appliances - fridge, fully equipped kitchen, oven, washing machine etc. The bath is a very nice addition
−The water massage in the bath was not working. The ceiling in the bedroom is very low so I wouldn't recommend this flat to very tall people. Also it can get quite cold inside due to strong AC. Last but not least there are two locations with the same number on the street which can make it more difficult to locate the accommodation.

“Unique apartment in a great area of Florence”
+The location is amazing so close to all things in Florence, and round the corner from my favourite piasa Santa croce there is a lot of space in this apartment living space and the look of the mezzanine is amazing too! There is plenty of things going on in the kitchen, although I only used the hob for the mocha pot the oven is there, washing machine and giant fridge freezer. The bathroom is a great size also with storage in the sink unit with hairdryer. The character of the hallway and building entrance is fantastic also and the A/C works very well too. The pics are a good representation of the place that you get in person
−The TV wasn't very modern at my time of visit so I didn't have anything to watch in my own language/news ect. The bed wasn't great but the mezzanine isn't very tall either so they have to work with the space.

“Shabby place but conveniently located.”
+It's really convenient for the city centre.
−The place needs a lot of repairs. The Jacuzzi bath that was advertised didn't work. None of the plug sockets had covers. And plaster was badly damaged above the bed. We mentioned to the host that the bath was broken and we were told we should have been notified when we collected the keys. Actually I think we should have been notified when it broke so we could decide if we wanted to stay there or take a full refund.
