+The service provided by Susan was wonderful. The loft has a unique and quaint design in a perfect location. We felt very at home and enjoyed sitting in the living room with a glass of wine. The Brixen card is an amazing bonus.
−It was quite hot while we were visiting. The fans were a necessity. It didn't bother us, but just something to note if visiting in hot weather.

“An incredible DO NOT MISS opportunity!”
+I know that most people will think this is a paid review, but I promise you, it is not. I only know the owner’s first name which is Susan. I do not even know her last name, but I will tell you that this is one of the finest places I have ever stayed. Susan met us at the train station and took us to the apartment which could not be more centrally located. It is mere steps away from the Christmas market in the prime location of Brixton. We ate at three restaurants that were steps away from the apartment and enjoyed them all. You walk into the hallway of the building between beautiful shops and have your own private elevator that takes you to the front door of the apartment. The view from the living room of the Dom is worth the trip if you never left. There is a modern full kitchen and a lovely bath. Susan has a plate of delectable cookies on the table for us when we arrived. She actually brought her son to the train station with her to help us with the luggage. She also arranged for a taxi to pick us up on our departure. I cannot tell you how important this was to us and how much we thank her for this.

“Perfect”
+When you enter this apartment, it is as warm and pleasant as if you were at home, it is very beautiful and very clean, the apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is very spacious, it has a gorgeous view, you can see the church and the mountains across the street. In addition, it is very well located, and in the center of the town, there are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, and it is very easy to get to, it is just a two-minute walk down the stairs to the bus stop, and you can get to a lot of attractions straight away. Susan is warm and considerate, prepared snacks and water for us, and provided us with a lot of help, thank her very much for leaving us with wonderful memories in Bressanone, and if we come back to Dolomiti in the future and will definitely stay here again.

+Perfect location in the center of town, large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, everything seemed new and the support from the owner was excellent (including general advice about the city)…
−Honestly nothing of any importance (if pressed I’d say the light above the dining table is a bit funky)

“Ein wirklich schöner und erholsamer Kurzurlaub in Brixen.”
+Da die Wohnung im Zentrum von Brixen liegt, erreicht man alle Geschäfte und Lokale ganz bequem zu Fuß. Die Vermieterin Susanne war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem und schön eingerichtet. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen.

“Brixen aus dem Zentrum genießen”
+Tolle Lage, schön eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht und das Beste an allem war Susanne, die uns nicht nur herzlichst willkommen hieß, sondern auch mit Rat und Tat zu Seite stand, sodass wir Brixen wirklich genießen konnten.

+Die Lage der Ferienwohnung könnte besser nicht sein. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie etliche Restaurants und Cafes in der Altstadt sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm war der Aufzug, mit dem man per Schlüssel bis in den vierten Stock direkt vor die Wohnungstür fahren konnte. Hervorzuheben ist noch die überaus nette Gastgeberin und die angenehme Kommunikation mit ihr, indem sie uns vor der Reise alle nötigen Informationen gegeben hat und sich sogar während unseres Aufenthalts bei uns erkundigt hat, ob alles passt, oder ob wir etwas bräuchten. Außerdem war es möglich, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer als Bett zu nutzen, welches dann bei unserer Ankunft auch schon vorbereitet war. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung.
