“A cute property but very little room.”
+Cute converted mining cottage, kitchen was well equipped. Shower was a good size and hot.
−Smell of damp and foyst on entering, door mats were damp and left a smell and this stayed and these are in the sleeping area. Bathroom sink very small and shelf placed above it so you can't get in to wash your face.

“Relaxing, serene, beautiful”
+Perfect quick stop stay for us, very comfortable with everything you need, beautiful views, friendly host, clean facilities. Village is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer this time but we will be back! We had no trouble driving our little Hyundai down to the parking space

“Beautiful location and property would fully recommend a visit, especially if you like hill walks”
+The property was very clean and today. Everything that you would need was there for you, from shower gel to biscuits. The location was stunning and within a close distance to both Matlock and Ashbourne
−Nothing to dislike, this is a loft cottage in a historic village. The road past the property was very narrow, our Ford Puma got through, just.

+Everything, the facilities were good and it was good having cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom. There were two pubs in the village, one cafe which was nice and also the church offered drinks and food. The local walks were lovely.
−Nothing. However felt a little nervous of the staircase, but got used to it with it being narrow and made of wood.
