“Fantastic host, clean and good location.”
+Great location, easy to get around! Great amount of space. Super clean. Amazing host with great communication and great hospitality, gave us recommendations and a map. Stored and helped us with our bags.
−The bed wasn’t to our liking, however this is personal preference.

“Amazing stay thank you!”
+Absolutely amazing stay thank you!! The loft is in a good location, only a 15-20 minute walk to both the train station and centre. It was really cute, perfect size and has everything you need, kitchen, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge etc, nice bathroom and really comfy bed! There is a sky light to let in light. Thank you for the breakfast items as well! It was a perfect base for our trip exploring Florence and the nearby cities and towns. I highly recommend!!!

+Nicely decorated apartment in interesting old building
−Girl in charge of letting us in kept us waiting outside in 37 degrees for at least 20 minutes despite having arranged a time for us to be there. Up lots of stairs, I mean Lots,had a lift that was so old and slow that it was faster to stagger up the stairs . Windowless small cave, but being a loft, a HOT cave, AC was running 24 hours a day but struggled to get the room below 27 degrees. Not really in town. Last year I stayed just south of the river in an old convent?, better ac and cheaper with way more character.

“Perfectly cozy apartment with a great host”
+The apartment is nice, great location, it’s near a bus stop but we didn’t even use it, walked all the time to the center (15-20 min). The host, Emiliano, was more than helpful, met us by the building, explained how every key worked, even showed us places to visit on the map, called the restaurant and et cetera. He even had a breakfast goods prepared for us, very thoughtful, italian welcome for us. The house has everything - you can cook, relax and enjoy your stay. very clean and organized space. The air conditioner was a life saver in August.

+We enjoyed our stay. The place was lovely - comfortable and clean. Great location. Close to the city centre and attractions but outside of the main tourist area, so fewer people and more locals. The host was very responsive and helpful. The assistant who met us explained the setup well, so everything was clear from when we arrived. The snacks and coffee provided for breakfast was appreciated.

“Eine charmante, modern eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage mit freundlichem Gastgeber und tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhält”
+Die Wohnung ist sehr süß, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten des Gastgebers, wie eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank und ein paar Snacks. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet. Auch die Ausstattung mit Kaffeemaschine war super. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Die Innenstadt ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt um die Ecke und auch die Straßenbahn ist fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
−Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines Altbaus und ist über viele Treppen erreichbar. Das Treppengeländer war im oberen Bereich zudem sehr schmal und niedrig, wodurch der Aufstieg etwas unangenehm war. Der Aufzug funktionierte zunächst nicht und machte nach der Reparatur auf uns leider keinen besonders vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck. Das war insgesamt aber kein großes Problem für unseren Aufenthalt.

“Molt bé per 4 nits a Florencia.”
+Molt acollidor. Situat en un edifici que era un palau. L'Emiliano molt bon amfitrió. La situació millor del que ens pensàvem. Quasi sempre vam anar a peu al centre, uns 15 minuts. També hi ha una parada d'autobús i de tramvia a pocs metres. S'agraeix l'esmorzar de cortesia que ens va preparar. Vam venir en una onada de calor i vam tenir sort de l'aire acondicionat.
−És un altell i té algunes zones baixes, com el llit i el lavabo. No recomanable per a gent més alta de 1'85m. Però si vas en compte amb el cap està bé.

“Un beau séjour, je recommande fortement cet établissement.”
+Le lit, les équipements, taille de l appart parfait, salle de bain et la propreté. Hôte très disponible et réactif.
−Petit soucis avec la Clim. Il faisait très très Chaud dans l appartement à notre arrivée (32 degrés). Nous avons réussi à avoir 26 degrés (il en fait 37 dehors) dès le lendemain matin et le reste du séjour. Je m’excuse auprès de « l’assistant » de l’hôte qui est venu nous voir suite au problème de Clim. Il a été adorable et très calme alors que je commençais réellement à perdre patience à cause de la chaleur.

“Très bon séjour dans un appartement propre et climatisé situé dans immeuble très calme.”
+Notre hôte qui parle le francais à facilité les échanges et la prise de rendez-vous.L'immeuble est d'un bon standing et très bien situé dans un quartier calme et proche du tram T2 ( liaison aéroport ). L'appartement est propre et bien isolé avec la climatisation qui est fort appréciable.
−En fait l'appartement est situé dans les combles avec un seul accès sur l'extérieur qui se fait par un vélux. Celui-ci est haut et difficle d'accès et le seul moyen proposé pour y accéder est un petit escabeau de 2 marches pas du tout sécurisant n'ayant pas de rampe. La hauteur du meuble cuisine qui nécessite encore l'utilisation de l'escabeau. Le supplément de 15€ pour avoir des draps pour le canapé. ( qui demanderait peut-être à être changé)
