“Fantastic location with stunning views.”
+The location was fantastic. Very central and a really pretty area. Amazing rooftop views.
−It wasn’t very clean. I did request to have the bathrooms cleaned as there was a lot of mould in both but nothing was done. I ended up buying mould remover and doing it myself.

“A great house and in the perfect location, but some proper attention needs to made to the pool area.”
+The house itself was great, although there needs to be more crockery and cutlery and certain things weren’t obvious to find. The housekeeper came in every day and she was superb, also very friendly and accommodating.
−The pool deck on the top felt dated. Despite reporting early in our stay, a problem with broken decking and screws poking out which I stood on with bare feet, this was not fixed during our stay even though they said they would. The pool was not clean and had a slimy substance on the bottom.

“An Awesome Stay”
+The property was very central. It had everything we were looking for and needed. The perfect holiday apartment. We were happy to be given 2 remote controls so that we did not have to rely on who would take the control and who would be home first to open. The apartment accommodated two cars - garage space for two cars - this was great
−The tumble dryer took a very long time to dry the washing. The washing stand to hang up washing was not very stable. The size and position of the pool only accommodated morning tanning - was still lovely. The pool didn't have that blue look...it was more on the green side

“Good”
+The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. It is in prime location; very close to V&A. In walking distance but also one can drive and park their car in one of the huge parking lots in V&A. Very convenient. It is very safe; policemen were strolling on the streets every day, greeting us friendly informing us that they are on duty even at night, in case we would need them. But we did not need them :-) Housekeeping was very good.
−We had to wait for the keys for more than an hour on a Friday evening in the cold street. When trying to connect NOX Properties, all the phone numbers we were provided did not at all work; we were directed to an answering machine and we could not reach anyone to find out whether at all we would be getting the keys. Very very unpleasant and unacceptable service. More than an hour after the agreed meeting time, NOX people eventually arrived with the key but we were very upset not knowing if we will have a place stay or not... I must though acknowledge that we were offered a pack of goodies for the inconvenience caused, which was nice gesture. But the experience was very bad, I must say.
